I'd think they wouldn't go with just the bags and scales by themselves, but might be more inclined if the bags were either all full of a uniform amount, or entirely clean, but I think they'd still want something else like a controlled buy (or a series of buys adding up to some relevant statutory amount) by a CI.

Nick has argued previously (during Weebwars and elsewhere) that court filings are as much a PR tool as they are an argument the court is supposed to entertain. Swiss cheese brain or no, I presume he might still be cognizant of that much. It's on brand for him before he went completely nuts.

You saw it in with that filing in opposition to Null's motion to get a camera at the omnibus hearing. Mentioning that pedo was completely unnecessary to getting the judge to deny the motion. A competent attorney could have done it in one or two paragraphs, by simply citing the relevant rule that omnibus hearings are not supposed to be filmed. That is the argument the judge ultimately relied on in denying the motion.

But he's got the Balldo brigade (including Dick's camp) frothing at the mouth over Kiwi Farms being this big congregation of pedos, and that was the point of including that.
