I realized after making the post that there wasn’t enough evidence corroborating SSB9 to the ad, so I deleted my comment. My apologies.

His name has a good chance of being David though, since a record of a “David Alter” matches up to a residence that looks similar to one that’s appeared in multiple of his videos.

I hate to keep arguing but that style of house is very common in the UK. I found that out while trying to search for pictures of the inside of 35 christ church road.

You would be surprised at just how many weirdos go about their lives flagrantly advertising their abnormalities for decades while leaving absolutely no trace of their existence. Where I grew up there were around a good dozen specimens with years of lore that I know would be very well received here on the Farms but for whom I'm unable to make any thread about, as the only actual information available about them aside from shit I saw personally are second-hand word-of-mouth accounts from others, and maybe the odd decade old community Facebook group post here and there.

Our interest in documenting people like this is an incredibly niche hobby, and is just not how most people react to individuals like this. The average man sees this freak wandering the street and what he does is he goes home, warns his wife to keep the kids away from him, and then has a conversation with his friends at the pub that weekend about the weird fuck he saw a couple of days earlier. Pulling his phone out to take a picture so he can document it for Reddit/KiwiFarms/TikTok/4Chan just isn't something 99% of the population even considers doing.

I can't remember where I read this, but many people who adopt a fake name for a long time often change only the last name, leaving the first name unchanged (unless the first name is rare and can give away on its own; even then, a more popular variation of the same name is often used). So if he's consistently used David [something] for years, there's a 90% chance his name is really David.

I have a colleague from Doncaster so i'll ask them about "clownmonkeyman" and see if I can get any confirmation on it as well. Just as an aside about life in the increasingly bleak United Kingdom., almost every town has a "clownmonkeyman" of sorts, they're not always a pedo or a pervert, more often just someone who's mentally ill and has a habit of being visible in public. I think the only way this could possibly be an ARG is if someone is skinwalking as a previously existing freak. That is the only way to have so many different accounts from so many different real people about the clown monkey man being around 30 years ago and all it would take for that to fall apart would be a picture of him somewhere.
