I think the Shadowban thing is partial cope, partial truth. He mentioned in a stream that he knew he was shadow banned because he could see an almost instant drop in his metrics after one particular instance.

At the same time, even as an avid watcher of his I didn't bother to watch the Borderlands or Wukong videos because I pretty much knew exactly what he was going to say.

if you go way back. like the OG RE4 vid that's "unlisted," the RE3 - Remake review, his Dead Space 2 vid, etc., he was veeery tame and robotic/ monotone. he actively tried to not show his power level. but as the months + videos went on, he then started to exponentially dunk on everything he deemed woke.

also, he does not have Unfiltered videos on both alien isolation and horizon 2 on his Yt channel. however, you can listen to his unfiltered thoughts of those games on patreon. and those audio files go hard af.

Holy kino, I don't think anyone could've tackled the hitpiece better- although, defense videos of synth aren't really necessary. In most youtuber cases (especially synth's), honesty prevails, and good figures will eventually stand above their mud slinging drama stirring cohorts. Especially in this current time where the pendulum is swinging toward total tranny hate, I doubt jordan's video will be anything more than a distraction.

The thing about the metric drop, is that it happens to everybody sooner or later. Legit shadow ban is when you get maybe 1/20th of your subscriber number constantly in terms of views, no matter what you do, which clearly isnt his case.
You can argue that this is just things balancing out after his rise to popularity.
I have googled and read comments and it seems that this drop is something that happens to multiple people, even those who are not openly right wing. It is just youtube being shit.
It is happening to me as well and my channel is miniscule.

I kinda agree, nobody is going to change their minds anyways, which is why Synthetic Man doesn't give a shit, every point he has will be met with another "le conspiracy theory, incel heckn' nazi" cope and ignore the actual point. But I do think it's good for newfaggots who are new and need someone to just put some words onto what is happening to get it cleared out (in their head) instead of dwelling on it alone in this gay, kiked and niggerfied Internet.

But it's not just a "Synthetic Man defence video", it's a good text book dissection of how breadtubers make videos. Synthetic Man just happened to be a good example for that topic.

Big websites don't censor stuff by bottlenecking with a strict selection of people they don't like, they do it more "evenly" so you can "statistically" say that "it happens to multiple people on both sides". It's hard to prove this since it's very hard to measure that balance, add that with pushing controlled opposition and use those as "see, they are still allowed to be on the platform" gotcha meme. I don't buy this, they are bottlenecking traffic to right wing stuff.

That youtube has a bias against right wing is obvious but I don't think that is why his metrics in particular are down right now. He would have a better excuse if he actually put out good stuff instead of low effort slop.

I'd say the quality of his videos is debatable, unless you want more zoomer editing, like Sseth vids. His editing is clean and commentary is fluent, without cut offs and shit. Low effort slop is what Hambley puts out, three to five times per day.

The "excuse" part is kinda true, but metric wise: Making higher effort content has diminishing returns on Youtube since you are at a constant risk of having all that effort nuked at any moment. It's censorship by demoralizing you from putting effort into something.
  • He makes less/low effort videos due to his videos has lower metrics due to being shitty and lazy
  • He makes lesslow effort videos due to his videos has lower metrics due to censorship and brigading
Might be a combination of both, but the metric fuckery is most likely related to censorship due to there are many others that makes even more low effort content and still gets boosted to an unbelievable level. Think about Cr1tical, Vaush, Hassan and other streamers/commentators and apply the "more effort bro" meme again.

Youtube does play favourites and pushes left wing faggots like destiny and vaush for sure, but the thing is that synthetic man did activate memberships relatively recently, so people are paying monthly to receive very little in terms of their money's worth.
In the end it is demotivating for sure but he has an obligation towards the people who are giving him money, not to youtube.
