think that's due to Ohio just not giving a shit. Like, remember how after Raxx attacked Sally he was supposed to go to anger management or something like that, and just never ended up going? I think the state has just been giving him the benefit of the doubt as it would be more trouble than it's worth on the states end trying to get him diagnosed. I think in the situation where they have to take care of him though
Ohio really doesn't give a shit until it becomes *a problem*. Lots of people who get told to do any kind of psych support through the court just don't, and you're right, it's more trouble than it's worth. They'll just note him as non-compliant with a non-complaining victim this time, and let him go. Next time (which should have been A.O.M, may he overdose multiple times) would have started the ball rolling on that, but he'd still need to do it a few times. It'll never end with him being taken care of by the state - Ohio really doesn't play by those rules, so unless you're absolutely helpless* (or have a ton of money), you're not finding a bed in a ward, best you'll get is a homeless shelter and that's only overnight.
* - we had Andy Ditch in the area somewhat recently, he's a relatively skilled manipulator and malingerer, and he got his ass bounced and diagnosed as "not autistic" pretty quick.
the "basics" he knows are like the basics of how to do things in an environment where he has the internet, a kitchen, Sally's credit card, etc. I think that he's extremely socially under developed, and while he might be able to beg online, I don't think he would know how to navigate walking up to a stranger and seeing them reel back from his hideous face, and then asking them for money/if he could suck their dick.
He knows "raxx hungry, raxx eat" levels of the basics, that's what I meant. He can't cook for himself though, you're right. Ohio's got some ugly looking fuckers, and Akron especially doesn't give panhandlers too hard of a time, so I can see him posting up with just a sign and tons of soccer moms dropping small change in his cup. I've not seen someone as bad as him, but I've seen some *rough* looking people begging on the side of the road.
I just don't know if he'd be able to do it with a lot less resources, like would he be able to connect from an unsecured wifi and stream from his trac-phone? Or would he more likely just use a wall outlet to charge his phone and make posts on facebook? I'm not sure, but I think that a lot of Raxx's antics come down to an abundance of resources, where otherwise if it took continued effort to be a menace, he might just be too lazy to keep up the act.
I think he could stream from his phone, yes. Youtube makes it pretty easy, and he knows how to ban evade, so that's what he'll probably do while sitting somewhere charging his phone. I'll give you part of that though - a large amount of his bullshit comes down to being in a safe enough place and comfortable enough maslow-wise. Once he's on the streets, he'll turn *mean*, I think. Not as loud, but low-cunning vicious.
He also went to a special needs school I Florida, Roosevelt Academy. You have to be clinically slow in the mind to go to a school like that.
OR emotionally disturbed, which nobody would dispute raxx is.
