The apparent fb message was from a week ago. It doesn't appear to be sourced on Reddit. There's no evidence Aaron has been told not to destroy anything, but he did do a stupid and talked to the police some time in the past.

I don’t know the specific legalities of the law in this case, but can see that much of it (as it stands now) depends upon how Aaron & his representation play this. I’d fight because this is disingenuous on Nicks part, regardless of any law breaking. Nicks overblown retelling should be challenged, & if not dropped, Aaron will have to plead to a charge, which could potentially be lowered in various defense strategies.

Right on. I was thinking the same thing. However, after this is handled IF he has other women that are victims of his then they likely will violate him because it would show a sustained pattern. Or at least his PO and a prosecutor could argue that if they get a hair up their ass.

While they can't use this for breaching his probation, what the prosecutor will do - and to some extent already has - is use the existence of the current restraining order to argue for tougher conditions on the one now being sought because this isn't the first instance of him using his show to discuss former partners.
