@DSP for president 2032 On one hand, having the video clearly shows a very reasonable expectation that the guy was about to get assaulted and was backing up to avoid the confrontation.
On the other hand, this sprayer was completely retarded in following towards the hispanic and smack talking after the Hispanic ran away. I would hope that I am not so retarded as to act that way after eliminating an attack.
The Hispanic man at least had enough sense to run away after the pepper spray reduced his fighting effectiveness. Of course not smart enough not to run up on a guy who is both video recording, and unaware if the guy was armed or not. Or all that Hispanic knew, he could have had a gun.
