I think you're misinterpreting what "unconditional" means. It doesn't mean that he can ignore the terms which restrain his behaviour in respect of Kayla. It means that other standard conditions of bail like reporting, not leaving the jurisdiction, and no drugs/no alcohol won't apply.

There's no way Aaron wouldn't be able to crowd fund the $7.5k if he doesn't have it on hand.

I doubt Nick is thrilled that Aaron's still free to talk about himself and April.
