Patrick Sean Tomlinson / @stealthygeek / "Torque Wheeler" / @RealAutomanic / Kempesh / Padawan v2.5 - "Conservative" sci-fi author with TDS, armed "drunk with anger management issues" and terminated parental rights, actual tough guy, obese, paid Quasi, paid thousands to be repeatedly unbanned from Twitter

A coddled child. I someone wish that judges would go harder on pro se cunts like that, even though they almost never are.
Seriously anyone acting like Fatty did should have enjoyed a night in jail, with the time going up if he got stupid enough to repeat his asinine behavior.

When I read Keene’s Kool-Aid Man comment, I initially thought that it was not a reference to Rick barging into situations, but rather his color and shape. (He is very red and also fat.)

Enjoy Prison Stlaker.

Patrick went through the embarrassment of showing up to a restraining order hearing against BDA with no evidence. You’d think he’d learn from that and have a pile of receipts of Dan Mullen saying awful things to him, contacting him on his phone, etc.

Instead Dan is the ringleader so every funster who texted Rick with Wookie pictures or made a fake Toiletson account had to be under Dan’s direct control because… Just trust me bro, it’s definitely him!

Where is this pile of evidence? Presumably he turned over the same files to the FBI but can’t he go back to that well and write up a thorough trail for Dan?

Nope!

Getting harassed by a group of people like the Pests would be a nightmare. But you’d think it would become your personal mission to have every vicious tweet and SMS screenshotted and filed away to hand over to the authorities or anyone who will listen.

Patrick is a hell of a cautionary tale about the folly of never backing down.
He’s so brain rotted he thinks the fact there are a bunch of shitty msm segments on his persecution by the stalker children is all the proof he needs. “MSNBC said I’m right you need to do what i say now now now now now!!!”

I haven't read any of Brian Keene's books, but I hope that they're a little more well-written than this blog post. This guy is repeating himself a lot, a lot a lot. And he doesn't seem to have any devices for expressing dichotomy apart from "there's this, but then there's that. Next sentence. His name was Charles, but his name was Lance." The further I read, the more trouble I had taking the piece seriously.
Honestly that pretty spot on for reading his books. Granted I have not read him in like 20 years but I remember that why I stopped.

The audio of him saying this in his faggy voice would be so precious.

Milwaukee has audio recording so for $10 they have copies they can email.

The WI supreme court rules about the court reporter mention who owns the audio from a trial - it may be possible to get the audio from the transcriber as they are not the owners of the audio.

Take a moment and consider Pat's complaining about the commissioner only reviewing his case for a short amount of time that morning.

It's a RESTRAINING ORDER case, in real scenarios time is of the essence. People want Judges to be quick. But not victimhood Rick, he wanted the court to really soak in the situation and ponder for a while.

This wasn't about his safety. It's clear that what he sought was to weaponize the justice system against Mullen. And by not re-filing later it's even clearer that this was never about his safety.

This is a great point. Milwaukee County is home to roundly a million people, but Patrick is the most important one. Two hours to ruminate over a single disjointed paragraph ("a hearing. My wife") was simply not enough. You don't understand, child.

I just realized something obvious. The sole basis, as written in the TRO petition, was alleged taunting of Pat's wife. HAHAHA HE HAD TO MAKE IT ABOUT NIKI JUST TO CONVINCE THAT BATTERED WOMEN'S SHELTER TO WRITE IT UP IN THE FIRST PLACE. Look my nigga, this submission might have actually stood a snowball's chance in Hell of being granted, IF ONLY NIKI WAS THE ONE NAMED AS THE PETITIONER! :story:

This thing was pretty fresh off the heels of the 27-page Pro Se. I guess our Author was too tuckered out from doing all that writing, so he had to literally phone it in.

The fact that he is more concerned with making sure the judge knew that he didn't write the grammatically incorrect filing than he is with the fact that the filing is being denied made my day.
I wonder if the judge read one of his books out of curiosity and discovered that his actual writing isn't much better.

am impressed how calmly the judge was wrangling the tard.
Most judges in US cities have to have the patience of saints, because they spend every day dealing with sub-literate meth addicts and genuinely psychotic homeless people, so dealing with Rick is just another day at the office for them.

That is what he always does. He uses anything available at his disposal as a weapon to go after people he hates to ruin them. Oftentimes literally over nothing. I joke about this a lot in this thread, but really take a moment to consider that now multiple court cases in the justice system have taken place because a subreddit dedicated to a defunct radio show made a couple of jokes about somebody.

I think what fascinates me most about Patrick after all these years is that he has the single worst case of main character syndrome that the world has ever seen. And that is really saying something. He really believes that he is above all and that the rest of the world, no matter how it has to be done, has to bend to his whim whenever he wants it to.

He is a human being who literally cannot tolerate and coexist with other lifeforms being present in a way that I have never witnessed before.

I cannot fathom why a judge would let him talk to the court like that, just like I can't fathom why those cops let him get off for taking a swing at them. It's just the stupidest shit and also kind of funny that he thinks they're bad guys when he's really been given way too much grace.
Drawing from experience during Crim&Pun classes, some judges are very lenient with decorum when they get the feeling someone's not just mean, they're sick.
