Bicyclists can use the middle of a lane on a road in that state and locality under very specific circumstances, such as those listed in the tweet linked. This shows the bicyclist is not following the rules of the road and were in violation of the relevant local and state cyclist statute. They did not move to the right of the lane as required, and they were actively creating a road hazard by not keeping up with traffic.

His bike is too short for his legs. The seat was all the way down at the base of the bike. He either needs a bigger frame, or to raise the seat, or both.

What's wrong is that he's about 2 feet too tall for that bike (it's a little girls' bike from the looks of it) and too much of an idiot to even attempt to adjust the saddle to accommodate his height.

They tried that in Britain, setting up a special troon prison. Not totally independent, it was attached to a women's prison and they shared some stuff like the exercise yard. There was one restriction: any troon who had ever seen convicted of a sex offence had to stay in a men's prison. There are currently nearly three hundred troon in British prisons. So how big do you think this brave and stunning wing is? Fifty beds? One Hundred beds? Two hundred beds? It "currently houses between three and five transgender women at any one time, despite having a capacity of 16"

Theory on this: British prisons are overcrowded and the gvt likes to let people out early (on license) in order to have more room for rioters and xtinction rebellion zoom meeting attendees, and I suspect that trans-identified prisoners are generally allowed to serve sentences outside of prison on probation due to their special circustances making them more of a risk among other inmates.

Is is funny that the ONLY part of the British prison system not over capacity is the non-rapist trans section. Hey, maybe if some of the guys in the male wing are sick of the conditions in their section, they could troon out and get sent to the cushy, under-capacity tranny wing.
