I keep going back and forth on the race... a black kid wouldn´t be able to plan that far ahead....
As for the pooner, it´s an unsourced random post apparently took from X; I have no stance on that, this is "I just want to believe" at this point.

I believe Barrow was one of the counties that used to require that homeowners own a gun as a matter of law. It is a well armed county. But near as I can tell the only real incidents of gun crime generally involve out of county perps on the interstate. It's straight up I85 from Atlanta. It's one of the places perps flee towards when running from the A town popo.

The Ring Doorbell app is full of panicky newcomers alarmed that they keep hearing gunshots, only to be told what hunting season it is.

If the reported school shooter warning called in this morning is true, then it's almost certainly a mentally ill moron/autist.

Remember when the FBI "lost" the tip that Cruz was going to shoot up Stoneman Douglas? The same shooting they used to push gun control even harder with and gave rise to David Hogg.

About five weeks before the Feb. 14, 2018, shooting, an FBI tip line received a call saying a former Stoneman Douglas student, Nikolas Cruz, had bought guns and planned to “slip into a school and start shooting the place up.”

“I know he’s going to explode,” the caller told the FBI.

But that information was never forwarded to the FBI’s South Florida office and Cruz was never contacted. He had been expelled from the school a year earlier and had a long history of emotional and behavioral problems.

On January 5, 2018, a person close to Nikolas Cruz contacted the FBI’s Public Access Line (PAL) tipline to report concerns about him. The caller provided information about Cruz’s gun ownership, desire to kill people, erratic behavior, and disturbing social media posts, as well as the potential of him conducting a school shooting.

Under established protocols, the information provided by the caller should have been assessed as a potential threat to life. The information then should have been forwarded to the FBI Miami Field Office, where appropriate investigative steps would have been taken.

We have determined that these protocols were not followed for the information received by the PAL on January 5. The information was not provided to the Miami Field Office, and no further investigation was conducted at that time.

FBI Director Christopher Wray said:

“We are still investigating the facts. I am committed to getting to the bottom of what happened in this particular matter, as well as reviewing our processes for responding to information that we receive from the public. It’s up to all Americans to be vigilant, and when members of the public contact us with concerns, we must act properly and quickly.

“We have spoken with victims and families, and deeply regret the additional pain this causes all those affected by this horrific tragedy. All of the men and women of the FBI are dedicated to keeping the American people safe, and are relentlessly committed to improving all that we do and how we do it.”

Nah, but the fact that a threat was called in might be why the FBI busted their asses to get there in record time. Gotta have time to bury any evidence of that.

On the other hand the FBI hauled ass to get down there in time to take control of the situation. The Secret Police protect their own interests first and foremost. And their leadership is known for liking to dress up like women.
