He didn't disclose that she had moved out until he announced that they were getting divorced, which was after this OP was posted, so sometime in mid-May.

Also I don't think she's ever spoken up about it. The only reason we know about it is because of the leaked HRO from Aaron's first ex-wife.

The only reason I even know such nonsense exists is someone I know had a vexatious litigant use exactly such an ancient statute and got charged criminally in a state other than New Hampshire. He won, but while I smacked my head in facepalm mode, this was actually allowed to proceed.
