The lockscreen looks like a newer Samsung Galaxy of some sort. You can tell by the position of the clock and lock. While he could have one of the cheaper mid-range Galaxy A's, it's a lot funnier to assume he got a brand new $1,299 Galaxy S24 Ultra to play WWE champions on.

I'd just like to point out, that Phil does in fact have a $1,299 Samsung S24 Ultra to play WWE Champions on, and this was before the Kino money buff. Turns out the funniest assumption was the correct one.

Same camera array.

I really wish he would’ve talked more about getting scopely to change his and considering all the times he’s said that you can’t change your name in game.

Wonder why the company would make an exception for you Dave 🤔

Also I wonder how dear leader is going to feel knowing his special man lied to his ass directly during that stream, honestly must be an honor to get a personal lie from Phil like that, us peasants have to settle for group pignosis

Dunno but I hope he uses my clip in the podcast covering it. It's a monumental moment in DSP history, even if the sale of the account is a lie or not. Personally once we discovered where the money was going, I lost a lot of interest in him. It was the mystery itself that kept my interest. His denial kept the door open a little, but he's too literally autistic to have too many other options. Him admitting it kind of released me, even if he's saying it's not him anymore. There's a few things he didn't address and can't pignotize away:
#1 the premium levels shit, that is, you spend money to specifically gain vip levels
#2 the huge per-month subscription charges
#3 having every fucking character
#4 logging in every fucking day for years (while it was presumably in his hands).

All of these add up to the fact that whether or not he sold the account, he spent a SIGNIFICANT amount of money on it. There's no dodging this with a lie. Do I think he sold the account? Maybe...5% chance, this was his only W in life. Claiming he sold the account is just another attempt like changing the name to pretend it wasn't him. Looking at prices these accounts go for, good accounts go for like 100ish to 500ish dollars. That's a nothing return. This is a man who admitted to barely knowing how Discord works, to using Line app to almost get himself scammed, and couldn't use a prebuilt PC across hours while bitching. I don't believe he navigated all that to get such a small return on investment. He's also shown himself to be a speculator of crap like comics goods, collectable garbage. He wouldn't release the broken aged statues with no market value without getting AT LEAST what he paid for them, unreasonably.
All in all, I don't care if he still owns it or not, it was his account when we said it was, and he had money dumped into there when we said he did. Even if he said he stopped playing then he immediately opened a new account because he said he sold it a few years ago but recently said he's been playing seven years+ which would imply he immediately started again. Most likely thing if he did sell it? He just sold his old iphone with the account on it and made a new account on his new phone. More likely? It's still him and he's hoping this 7D move will get people off of him.

Also just something that I noticed I will say that even though I like TJ and what he does, Phil showed that when he does microtransactions on champions he goes through their website because it gives more rewards.
WWEC Webportal wasn't even a thing back in the TheyCallMeDSP/Gunshow/Early DFTR.
Most of the event points come from using the loot coins for pulls themself in the game. Sure the portal thing can throw you extra 50k-100k points on a 5 million point event every now and then, but that's why TJ always went by the lowest "spent money/event" estimate.
Philbert got TJ hooked on the game so I'm pretty sure his calculations are pretty on-point.

Him selling his account years ago makes zero sense. A year ago in the interview, Craig gave DSP an out by asking to show he wasn't DownFromTheRafters. If DSP had a new account, then he could have had an easy out and a huge win on the trolls. Make it make sense.

I mean isn't it trivial to know whether or not it is still his account just because of the times that it plays and also the money buffs it gets at times? It got 1st place I think for the first time during the Kino Casino arc.

Gave it a couple thinks, and I'm just befuddled at the whole lineage of this thing. Like, why lie in the first place? He Streizand Effected the hell out of this for the better part of 2 years, the people who call him scum now were the people who called him scum before if not more so because of the lying, if it was for legal reasons he's nowhere near outside of statute of limitations for the bulk of things he did wrong. This whole thing is layers of laughably stupid actions piled ontop of eachother, and the way he went from smugly laughing that he scammed his audience to trying to be convincing to being angry in the course of explaining how he alienated everyone so he could put himself into poverty for a mobile game. Scopely is vile for taking this guy's money for so long, and all DSP had to do to not also be an asshole is just...do what he did today years ago and I doubt anyone would have even bothered to track him for so long and he might have been able to get his gunshow namechange and fade to obscurity.

Selling accounts is a longstanding tradition in most online games, there's plenty of ways to do all the things. Problem though with mobile games is that he 1. linked his account to his paypal 2. linked his account to his phone number. It's a really weird lie to tell when it's as good as understanding what the transaction is. For someone paranoid that "da trollz" will get his personal information and could ruin him immediately if he flashed so much as an account name, it's weird to hand someone something that has so much of your private personal information attached to it and not particularly easy to remove especially if you're a dunce and can't be arsed to understand Discord.
I believe it is actually tied to his Facebook account.

The highest I ever saw it before was 4th place, but I dont remember when that was.
he got 1st place shortly before the documentary dropped and during his kino casino money buff

BREAKING: PHILIP "DARKSYDEPHIL" BURNELL ADMITS HE WAS THE WWE CHAMPIONS USER "THEYCALLMEDSP"
BREAKING PART 2: PHILIP "DARKSYDEPHIL" BURNELL IS CLAIMING THAT HE SOLD HIS ORIGINAL WWE CHAMPIONS ACCOUNT AND HE IS NOT THE CURRENT WWE CHAMPIONS USER "DOWNFROMTHERAFTERS"
Yeah I'm not buying this for a second. Because if he sold it then he must have sold it like a year or two ago? He still has a broken shower and dishwasher lol.

You're right about the previous years when he was tracking in regards to web portal not being a thing. Having played the game I always suspected Phil used the web portal for all his purchases because you get much more out of it in doing so and I know phil is a greedy little fuck who wants all his juicy rewards. The confirmation for me didn't come until on his stream of it he said he used it and was all gitty about the extra shit he got using it. Not trying to shit on TJ as I said I think he does good work, I'm just pointing it out because of Phil claiming that the amounts he was spending are way off and in some cases they can be off. The way TJ calculates his spending is by taking all the free points you get in tours/faction milestones ect. and usually the point bonus from recruiting the weekend card, which he almost always spends enough so you have to assume he got it. And he subtracts that from pigs points total and divides it by 40. 40 being the amount of pulls you get for $100. This doesn't factor in the points he gets from the store packs when he buys it doesn't account for the 99$ and 20$ rewards you get every time you spend that amount or more on a purchase and It also doesn't account for the webstore leaderboard that also gives rewards (shards/points/extra pulls). So what I'm saying is in TJ's math those extra points he's getting for spending on the web are being chalked up as pulls and not just the rewards from the site. That's where Phil is trying to get this W about the amount he spent. Having said that again I'm not coming at TJ, to factor in all that shit every event would be a massive pain in the dick and I don't blame him but I also don't think it can be said it is the lowest possible amount spent using the method he uses to figure it out. Just brought it up because Phil is trying to snag a W about the amount spent.
