Something I'm rather curious about, will this really even go anywhere if her only evidence is a text from two fuckin years ago? I feel like balldo would've leaked it already if there was photos of abuse or anything, hes already been shown to be utterly retarded and isnt smart enough to save a bombshell like that for court. NAL but couldn't it also possibly be considered vexatious as fuck? It really does feel like a passive intimidation attempt.

can't the da just get a warrant for the phone records and trace the txt image between the two and get the copy of that kayla nude. the da doesn't need geno's testimony.

I think the prosecutor is really going to struggle with the harassment upgrade to felony. The history is also so dark between the parties I doubt I'd be confident on a felony conviction in front of a jury.

If Geno refuses to cooperate it goes nowhere. In the next week or so he is going to be getting a request to make a formal statement and testify. If he says fuck off I wouldn't be surprised to see this case disappear.

I’m actively rooting for Aaron (in this case) at this point. The funniest outcome, in my opinion, is that he gets off with a slap on the wrist or no charges as the rest of the Qover, Nick’s inner circle, and Keanu & Geno all start getting charged and legal problems of their own. Geno is right that Aaron is going to be back on his feet within a year,

Aaron reminds me a lot of DSP, and I think he’s going to have the Pigroach’s own luck. I agree he’s a scumbag, but he’s not worse than literal pedophiles and the Qover.

It seems like Nick hired a PR company or has someone with Fox 9 connections running a smear campaign on the Kiwi Farms and Aaron. This is retarded, because it just exposes more people to Aaron and more people to Kiwi farms. I’m going to love watching Nick and company burn every dollar and shred of credibility they have to avoid ripping off the band-aid and saying they fucked up. Nick is more retarded than Aaron because Aaron has the frontal lobe capacity to say “oh, this will hurt a lot short-term, but that will hurt way more long-term,” and then rarely make the correct choice. Nick can’t. He burned literally hundreds of thousands of dollars just to not apologize to Monty and STILL hasn’t paid him the $300 apology fee. For Aaron? I’m predicting literally millions invested. All to destroy a shock-jock who will be, at best, mildly inconvenienced by all of that.

I hope Aaron remembers and applies the lesson he learned this weekend: if he shuts the fuck up, these people will all self-immolate. Aaron’s win conditions are just: 1) stay out of jail and 2) keep streaming. Nick should have paid attention to Ethan Ralph, because those two goals are trivially easy to hit. In the end, this Cuck War will be just another Win for the Toe.

I know for a fact this is incorrect. My understanding is that *most* Telcos don't record calls due to wiretapping laws and the amount of data storage it would require, but most do in fact save text messages because it doesn't count as wire tapping and barely cost anything to store. I'm not sure about how common it is for a Telco to record MMS, which is what matters here, but I know that at least some do. I am 100% confident that there's at least one telco that records *everything,* or at least they did in the recent past.
