Going to drop some more stuff that I haven't seen discussed ITT.
As any other potential lead it should be taken with a pinch of salt. This post, which I found without link in the subreddit, has every known name attached to SSB9 but adds Gibson as a possible last name. Couple of things that may work against it are actually related to what we know about him so far.
Moorfoot is in Sheffield, still in Yorkshire but it doesn't make much sense that he is known to people that worked at public offices in Doncaster if he lived in the significantly bigger Sheffield. Not impossible if his family lived in Doncaster just too convoluted.
This post mentions the name Darren, of 'person with delusions of grandeur' fame. The two posts about it state that Darren moved to Milton Keynes in 1996. Either SSB9 moves a lot or once again people are mixing details.
In the same post a way more important and more substantial lead emerged. David has been welcomed into a Facebook group for residents of Galley Hill.

This Galley Hill is the one in Stony Stratford, Milton Keynes and is within reasonable distance of at least two playgrounds and a school. All credit to BackgroundAardvark95 who found this lead.
A very important blind spot we had happened around a YouTube comment claiming not only that they knew about David but had receipts, the info offered has only expanded this rabbit hole. The accounts were posted but not the David posts themselves.
The clown monkey man dossier is divided into two parts: David London posts and first hand accounts of SSB9 that prove he was active in public a long time ago.
The first point I want to touch on is connected to the two Stephanie Stansfield posts that have been making the rounds ITT and are present in every archive of SSB9, the 'person with delusions of grandeur' story. Always highlighted is the part talking about Darren, presumably SSB9, winning a court case about contacting a 14 year old girl that from Stephanie's account 'was into him and became bitter after being rejected'. Well, some of the David posts show another story set in 2004, this time around is from his perspective about interacting with a child actress.
This story, presumably all the same but always involving the same girl, is about striking a conversation with a then acquaintance. A child actor in her late teens with black leathery heels and white socks, speaking with sophistication beyond her years and fresh off a set in war-time performance that was presumably in Luton. In the first two posts she is being creeped on by a random guy with inappropriate comments.
Could this be his understanding of the events that led to the 2004 court case? Is this girl supposed to be Stephanie or some other alias he has used? Or is it perhaps just a fantasy scenario?
But if we are talking about crackpot theories I think I've one that is particularly sick.
I got the theory that he has fixation with things being demolished/wrecked by tragedy. There's this song he wrote but also the posts as Stephanie obsessed with Greece and claiming Greek heritage. There's the posts as Stephanie lamenting the destruction of that playground in Kennington. There's definitely a pattern only my autism caught up on about how he incorporates these things into his art/personalities.
The other half was posted over 10 pages ago and we were so busy that we took the anecdotes for granted.
