Actually, where is everyone getting this? I'm not seeing anything pointing that direction from the documents.

Specifically the last bit where it states that from the phone records the same number that Wu forwarded because "they were sending death threats" also "had a number of long conversations with them".
Pretty odd that Brianna would have long conversations with someone sending him death threats...
(Plus, it couldn't be Chloe. Wu specifically mentions a MAN calling him and sending death threats and we all know Wu's too SJW to misgender a transperson. Plus if it WAS Chloe then why would he act like he never talked to the person before?)
