One can improve kidney function if it’s an acute issue, so it is possible to need dialysis only temporarily. It’s chronic kidney issues that will require dialysis until either death or transplant

From the youtube mukbangs she did, it looks like it. She has said flushes too and claims to b/p multiple times a day, I doubt she's doing any harm reduction to replace her electrolytes.

Sad to say but if she is doing massive b/ps even once a day there's a high chance of her ending up like the bulimic in the endlessly shared photo- dead next to the toilet from a ruptured stomach, or in Luci's case maybe her heart stopping from electrolyte imbalances.

She's been in hospital at least once for heart issues already. I'm still not convinced she's as ill as she would have us believe but she's definitely in a parlous state. Her parents do a pretty good job of keeping her alive and she has access to decent medical services by the sounds of it, which is a blessing (taking that from what her Twitter friend said, rather than her own story — she is not the most reliable of narrators).

Of course she does, that’s not surprising. Severe anorexia eats away at the heart muscle. I have no trouble believing that. I’m just surprised the rest of her body hasn’t given up yet. Kidneys, liver, and so on since she reports that binges and purges are very frequent. Unless she’s lying about how much she does it, which is possible. It’s not like she’s capable of rational thinking,

I have a hypothesis that she and Jack Scalfani are spiritually linked, like in the Dark Crystal. But I have yet to test this hypothesis beyond waiting to see if they expire at the same time.

Idk what the fuck this could all mean but it looks like a pretty spooky situation.

EDIT: To clarify, she was left there about an hour ago. This is an actively unfolding situation.
I may be super paranoid, but this seems like the kind of thing a man does before a family annihilation, or similar horrific act. I fear for our girl's safety.

I've kept up with her a little. She's just kept doing the same thing she's been doing. Fuzzy memory is probably a factor, but I keep trying to imagine what sequence of events could've led up to her being there and it all seems really weird.

Possible timeline:
Dad says "Hey Luci, let's go to grandma's house"
Dad drives her there, then leaves his very mentally ill and severely anorexic daughter alone in an abandoned house.
Dad also leaves his phone at the house with his daughter, all to drive off... somewhere.
Dad also tells daughter she can rummage through grandma's old stuff and keep what she finds.

Possible benign explanation: Dad had to go to grandma's house to do some work on the place or something, and she kept talking about jewelry and so dad decided to take her to the house so she could take some of grandma's old stuff. Then had to leave her there for some unknown reason (possibly bc he forgot something at his house), and happened to forget his phone. The generators could be for power tools, so he could be doing some demolition/renovation of the house.

Possible evil explanation: Dad is planning to murder mom or someone else, and needed Luci out of the house for a bit while he did so. Thought taking her to grandma's house would get her out of the way and give him the chance to leave his phone somewhere that wouldn't link him to the crime. The generators are also there for some reason, possibly to build an alibi of him working on the old house.

I think the benign explanation fits the data we have pretty well and fits with all the data. Leaving the phone is a little weird, and leaving Luci is a little weird, but maybe he forgot some tools or something and needed to go back to their house. The evil explanation, on reflection, is a little strained and doesn't have a good fit with all of the data.
Leaving Luci at an abandoned house, in general, is a very strange decision and probably a bad one. Idk what the outcome of all this is gonna be, but it all just seems really weird.

Maybe the parents have given up and moved her out of the house. I know we all have a soft spot for her but this dysfunction cannot be easy to live with. Despite her I'm-a-wee-widdle-fairy-girl affectations, Luci is very much a grown woman, and completely treatment resistant. There's only so much support you can give to someone who is committed to killing themselves. She might as well do it away from them.

That looks like a house that needs to be cleaned up to get sold. Did her grandmother pass away recently? Sometimes estates are a PITA to take care of and things get put on hold while it gets sorted.
