Will there be another argumentation phase before the judge rules on it or in the next hearing he will just present his ruling based on what the defense and the prosecution filed?
No to the first. It's been taken "under advisement," which essentially means the court considers it fully briefed and ripe for a decision.
So no hearing to decide whether to have a hearing.
Tbh I wouldn't be shocked if he actually got the
Franks hearing. I'd be rather surprised if he won it, though.
That depends on the law in MN. Witnesses here can testify remotely and often do in certain types of cases. They're still giving evidence under oath in real time and are able to be cross examined.
It also depends on the Due Process Clause of the Constitution. Even if Minnesota has a long-arm statute that specifies that it extends to the outer limits of federal DPC jurisdiction, it might not apply here. Long-arm jurisdiction is at its strongest against foreign defendants who have caused harm in-state, but relatively weak when it comes to nonresident witnesses who have done no business in the state.
Even if Geno has done business in the state (and appearing on a stream with someone who is in the state might qualify though I do not know the facts of this for Geno), that still doesn't necessarily mean that Minnesota can hale him into court, much less compel him to travel to Minnesota to testify in a case where there's no allegation he is even personally guilty of any wrongdoing, but he was simply the recipient of so-called "revenge porn" he did not solicit.
Rekieta though? Just gets drunk, balldos April and hops online to tweet for our entertainment.
Keep dancing for us, Balldo monkey. We love it.
Why do cows never understand that simple fact?
I have a hard time accepting anyone with decent prospects and ability wanting to become a stand up comedian.
Even people actually with vast amounts of talent have a very rough time of it. Look how many of them die young of substance abuse issues, booze, or even just flat out necking. You're basically working without a net, and audiences are cruel beyond belief. There's a reason they call it "dying on stage." The only reason Nick didn't neck after his pathetic performance as a standup is he's too fucking stupid and unable to pick up on social cues to realize just how bad he is.
Nick's standup is, amazingly, less funny than this guy's or even Patrick Tomlinson's.

Now, his actual real life is peak comedy. His life is nothing but a comedy.
