It is possible. It is on brand for Nick to have no real knowledge of a subject, but be captivated by the idea of it to the point of thinking he could just waltz in and be successful.
This stream came up in my recommended list today, never watched LPR (Libertarian Podcast Review) but was decent. He’s covering the Nick stuff, makes fun of Barnes which is always fun, & is succinct about things. Not a streamer who tangents, which is refreshing for Sektur related stuff. No, he just preserved the right to respond, because if he hadn't, the prosecution would have been able to slip in something sketchy and he might not have been allowed to respond to it at all. It's entirely normal to preserve all your rights in case you need them, even if you ultimately choose not to.
I want to make a joke about the barneswalker did something right completely on accident but from what you said this is a routine thing to do. I do wonder if Nick wanted to file something but he got talked out of it somehow. It would be most impressively surprising if the guy can actually tard wrangle Nick to some degree because the easiest way to stop the shower calls by Nick would be to rack up some more billable hours.

Ketamine is a serious dissociative, especially when taken wtih the intention of actually having a high-tier trip. It's a bad idea to take it alone even if you are experienced, and a terrible idea if you're using it to treat some actual mental disorder and have no idea how you'll actually react to it.
I like Carlin a lot but as a live performer, he sort of reminds me of Dylan and Zappa in terms of contempt for his audience. Dylan could be phenomenal but sometimes he'd just show up and half-ass it and mumble his way through a set. Zappa wasn't as hit or miss as a performer, but he'd do things like show up and refuse to play any of his new album that people had shown up to hear and instead play nothing but weird shit the audience hated, apparently just to piss them off.
If he had signed off from one of his normal streams during the "good old days" and gone on some weird cocaine bender and gotten busted much like he did now, his purposefully vague story of planted drugs and lying cops might have had some traction among the audience who looked up to him at the time.

No to the first. It's been taken "under advisement," which essentially means the court considers it fully briefed and ripe for a decision.
It also depends on the Due Process Clause of the Constitution. Even if Minnesota has a long-arm statute that specifies that it extends to the outer limits of federal DPC jurisdiction, it might not apply here.
