They have their entire family in a two-bedroom condo. They kept having kids despite all their children having severe learning and mental disabilities, and they have another on the way. They live on a single income, with only one car, and while the husband is at work, she is not allowed to have any other men in the house. The wife feels obliged to fulfill her duty to God by continuing to produce more mentally retarded children. They both look ten years older than they actually because they don’t have the time or money to see a doctor themselves.

There are many such cases here, especially since real estate that’s actually innawoods is obscenely expensive. There is no time for making tradwife TikToks or inspirational Instagram posts. There is no romantic homestead with barefoot wives churning butter. Any conservative Christian families who can afford the cabin in the woods have the most pimped-out lifestyles around, and Jesus Christ is a fashion statement to them.
