What else do you do when you entertain those fantasies? Do you masturbate?

How do you masturbate? Are you lying down or sitting and facing a screen, do you incorporate ass play into it (since it's about a sheikh taking your virginity), which hand do you prefer to use? (There are some people who are dominant right hand but can only masturbate with their left hand and the treatment is altered from the standard for them.) Do you stimulate other parts of your body?

Well, it is exactly what it sounds like. It’s a shoebox, or at least once was, and whenever I masturbate I cum into it. I’ve had it for two or three years now I think, so it has a fair amount of cum. It smells atrocious, and I tried to burn it once. When I lit it on fire, it was too damp due to the cum that it simply sizzled and didn’t manage to actually lite up. Turns out burning cum smells awful, so I had to spray it with a deodorant body spray just to get the old smell of burnt cum away. It also has some drenched papers stuck to it. 2. Become a serious gamer again. I stopped playing video games in a serious way sometime in high school just to "get with the program" academically. I did not bring my own game system to college because, clever me, I thought Games would isolate me. Well, turns out porn/sex chat became my new "serious game."

I think by playing video games, idk.. it just seems a fun, easy hobby with a quick reward.

Again, sorry for the grossness of the topic, but I am curious if any of you have struggled with anything similar, and how/if you overcame it.

This forum is not the best place for a question like this, it's mainly meant to laughing at eccentric people on the internet. But I'm going to give you a serious answer to this. As a person in the Western world I am familiar with two main movements with an anti-porn stance. One is Christians and the other is social justice and feminist types but not the mainstream ones because they tend to be what they call "sex positive" ala Laci Green. Familiarize yourself with both secular and religious objections to porn and the sex industry. Realize that masturbation itself is healthy and you don't need pornography to masturbate.
