I can definetly see Anisa having fake pregnancy symptoms or faking being pregnant. But it's strange that Anisa constantly talks about or mentions pregnancy on her private profile, but she tells basically everything in the podcast even embarassing details that usually should be remain private. Anisa could brag about being pregnant, she would have a tons of good response and likes. She would constantly make photos of her belly growing and other cringy pregnant photoshoots, she would also become an expert at "being a mom".

Looking back through this thread it really seems to me Anisa is reaching her endpoint. Her BPD arcs are getting shorter and shorter (soon she will have a new interest/hobby every other day only to give up on it), the money is drying up, every time she goes online she loses more and more "fans", pretty much every other e-celeb avoids her like the plague except a few literally who sycophants and most amusing of all Ian has become so pathetic that her humiliation rituals don't even cause a reaction anymore.
