I'm not an expert on this topic, but don't brown people age kinda slower than whites? He might not have very visible wrinkles yet, especially if he cakes himself in makeup. I'm not a lawyer but I'll try to explain my legal understanding of this situation.

• Just watching child porn (even by accident) is illegal in the UK. Now you understand the plot of Black Mirror's Shut Up and Dance.
• The images crafted by SSB9 definitely fall in 'pseudo photograph', which was covered (at least as of 01/03/23) as a form of indecent images of children. The 'characters' are underage, another big no-no. They are made out of living, real children he isn't related to with a clearly fetishistic intent, you don't need me to explain that one. And he had them publicly available, which most people can spin as distribution.

However, all the images I've had the displeasure of seeing would be ruled as Category C at best, which means 1-3 years in prison. Why am I saying at best? Because Category C is 'erotic posing' and this is where the defence has a fucking field day.

• Defence can argue that while deeply unsettling, no art shown so far portrays nudity or is "explicitly" sexual. Yes, they have comments of strangers seeing knickers, but that sadly isn't enough.
