3. The state doesn't dismiss the whole thing and the courts denied the Franks hearing. if that becomes the case, then I will appeal it, and the appeal process will add more years onto this thing.

The PD only got in the motion last night. Next show October 1, 8:45 CST. If anyone has a sub to this court system it'd be neat to see. I've not seen a court system quite so paywalled, but that's Illinois for ya.
