That's definitely a highlight for me. Trump says what he wants to say, gets it said whether they like it or not. Kamala tries to do the same thing, just gets quieter and quieter before giving up because the jannies told her no

You can walk into a hospital here any time you want and be like "I dunno bro I got a headache the other day" and a Japanese doctor who speaks Japanese will check you over and speak to you about it with compassion.

America's capitalist experiment with healthcare was a good experiment, but it's obvious it's failed. Time to move on.

American healthcare hasn't been "capitalist" for over a century. It used to be ran way better by fraternal organizations and mutual aid societies. What we have was a failed experiment from the beginning because it was merely doctors wanting to cut down competition through cartelization as seen with the AMA.
