The grand strategy of democrat debates from now on is to force the republican, Trump, Vance later, whoever after into a fight with the moderators and go easy on the democrat, Biden, Hillary, Harris, etc...

Rile up the republican and toss soft balls at the democrat. Its disgusting, and works rather too well.

No, seriously, why the fuck are her handlers trying to court the RINO vote? That doesn’t come for free, surely they know that comes at the expense of what SHOULD be the Democrat party’s core constituency. Now is not the time for them to be limit testing “vote blue no matter who”, lol.

In some post-polling news, it looks like people are agreeing that this is a wash, with most split 50/50 as of now, even in more liberal publications. Given the upcoming spin, I imagine it would tip more in Kamala's favor, though I doubt this moves the vote.

Overall, I think a lot of Trump fans made the mistake of thinking this was going to go like it did with Biden and are coping with the fact that it wasn't a clear-cut Trump win.

No ones winning by Obama numbers. Obama got the entire black vote because he was black and culturally black. They saw him as one of them. Kamala doesn't do that and the black vote is being splinted by migrants and other issues beyond race.

If we’re talking actual pure aggregate, sure, but that’s a function of population growth as well. Trump lost 2020 by 08 Obama numbers.
The thing that actually matters for comparisons is the percentages, not the raw numbers (which generally always go up). And nobody is pulling off those sorts of sweeps anytime soon. Nation is far too divided.

I think a sample size of 4500 people in Atlanta voluntarily voting being 51-49 Kamala-Trump is an indicator that even in urban areas, she is not doing well.

Stating the obvious but liberals are just so damn miserable. Really, watch the young Turks meltdown compilations. They’re like little kids who never get their way and expect something to be different next time, repeat ad nasuem. Even when they do win, they moan because they didn’t win hard enough. I remember lefties coping when Texas went for Trump in 2020, and were pissed that Trump got a fuck ton of votes.

Daily reminder that polls do not always mean it’s true. It’s manufactured to give the illusion that it’s something factual, and not what the establishment secretly wants.

the debate was dogshit and i doubt any of the undecideds got to know about harris' policies. she needs to do a townhall but that wont happen. "im not biden and im not trump" doesn't answer "will you ban fracking"and "will you close the border"?

jd vance or tulsi gabbard needs to get out there and explain that the bipartisan border bill would expedite intial asylum claims, not stop illegals from crossing our border. once people understand what that bill actually does and how aslyum claims work they'll press harder on the issue.

Alright so as far as the debate, trump won by dumb luck, almost always having the last response on an issue. She was actually pretty good at getting him on the ropes a couple of times but he bounced back and landed a few critical hits on her especially melodramatic speeches, her responses weren’t very good either because they only covered the questions face value and none in depth. israel is where she really lost because all my liberal insta friends got really mad when she took thier side and that really hung her. I wish trump would shut up a few times for optics and that’s my biggest criticism against him, but I do love seeing him fight 3 on one doom style and it’s always like andre the giant fighting midgets. Theyll say kam won mostly because she didn’t blow a gasket like joe but her prefomace was mid at best
