Just stumbled upon this ... The "Trump Curse" strikes again :story:

View attachment 6405138

(In case people don't know, this is right after Grohl bitched and moaned about Trump using a Foo Fighters song at his rallies, lmao)

Actually go back to when I posted it earlier - it's funnier to see the progression of headlines that really shows the Trump curse in action. Read the headlines from the bottom up.

People keep saying this and I don't get why. Trump is a loud, bombastic guy and he acted about how he always does. That's why people like Trump so much, he did just fine and was entertaining. Kamala just came across as unlikable, it reminded me of how Rekieta is now.
He did poorly because he didn't destroy kamala. That's a ridiculous expectation.
The big problem for Trump was that he got heated and tilted in the first five minutes and remained WAY too hot for the first half. He cooled down after the break and was much better. The problem is....a lot of people watch the first 20 minutes and get bored. So that's all they saw. Tilting him at all is a plus in Kamala's board. The reality is, Kamala was also tilted, but you needed a keener eye to see it. Which normies don't have and mass media blissfully ignore. That's why I say the moderators sunk Kamala harder than she sunk herself.

I personally think first 15 minutes, Trump won. The thing went to shit after immigration question which is about 20 minutes.

also, ouch...

Yeah, almost everybody I know is up to bat about the "cats and dogs" remark while ignoring everything else about the current state of the economy. There's no point in discussing it without getting aggravated from the smugness. Sooner of later, they may as well say the apartment buildings taken under siege by migrants isn't happening either.

What a fucking retarded nonsense word
Its a fancy way of saying born in the 90s, which is what a plurality of the US and world population is. And it's sort of necessary because of how much they increased the range of millennials so even people born in the 70s are millennials.

Plus someone born in 1991 and 1999 have more in common with how they interacted with the internet vs people born in 1983 and 1991. Someone born in the 90s grew up with social media and e-celebs and Smartphones but weren't some iPad raised kid.
Since then, it's become almost 50-50 in a rather short amount of time.
The age where the 50/50 dem/con has been rapidly going down for awhile. Back in 2012 it was 49 a decade later it's down to 40. It's also why the culture the Republicans are pandering to seemed to be a lot younger than in 2012.

Like 2008 you had Huckabee proudly being a fan of late 70s hard rock and catering to a 70s rock fan base and now in 2024 the trump campaign is so internet focused and plays way more late 2000s era music. For fucks sake look how quickly they were churning out cat memes. If you had a Myspace page you are more likely to vote trump than not and it shows with how they're trashing Kamala for the dick Chaney endorsement.

The idea of a Republican presidential nominee going on a stream or podcast in 2012 would have been absurd. Now it's mainly what trumps been doing.

I wouldn't be surprised if a GOP 2028 rally would be mostly sound cloud era music from actual conservatives and skip dealing with cable media entirely.

Millennials are easily entertained and satisfied. They are the most understood generation ever. They are solved game. They want latest games on their switch/steam, streaming services to get their marvel movie quips, visit that new local red brick IPA bar, and that yearly vacation to Disney world/trendy costal elite city with more red brick IPA bars. As long as these simple needs are meet, they will feel relevant, not left behind.

The reason Boomers have disdain today is because they became entitled Karens asking for managers. Boomers still think a good firm handshake will get you a job. To be honest, I do not see Millennials turning into this. Millennials are passive-aggressive with their grievances, they will leave a bad review or spread word of mouth. Millennials understand modern networking and socials, they know they have to evolve.

Not a Millennial apologist, I despise nothing more than a Stomp-Clap-Hey rolled-up flannel shirt with sleeve tattoos and a beard Millennial.
I think that’s a very specific breed of millennial and doesn’t really reflect suburban and rural millennials. I understand the stereotype of them all being middle or upper middle class soy creatures but that’s just not true.

Cats and dogs took away from cumalas great response to immigration. It was her BEST rebuttal and it's nothing now....

I’ve said it before, but even on Trump’s worst day, him talking about ”I heard it on TV that migrants are eating cats and dogs” is far less worse than Kamala outright laughing and smiling over the fact that he said it.

If anything, what she did is a bad look regardless of political affiliation or if Trump may have over exaggerated the claim. It makes me more suspicious when people say she won that debate off of that moment alone.

I'm so sick of hearing about abortion. It's not even an issue I give a shit about regularly. What about affordable groceries and gas? Nope. Gotta have the option to kill the unborn.
Even if I were a woman, I don't think it would be a main issue I'd give that much of a shit about.
I mean, have Democrats attempted to NOT be fucking sluts?
It's also a stupid argument considering most men are not having sex and 45% of women will be childless anyway.

Kamala was an asshole to Trump, that's why the media is sucking her toes over how great she did.
:story::story::story::story::story:
That was a truly repulsive and effective metaphor
Seriously though Collins is probably the least likeable thing to ever come out of the MSM.
Kaitlan Collins posted a longer version of the clip to her Twitter, pointing her crooked yenta finger at Vance and pretending that Haitians being feral is as unbelievable as a Bigfoot sighting.

I don’t have any proof that Kaitlan Collins is a jew or a man, but like the story of Haitians killing pets, these accusations are merited and should be investigated. Her AGP smirk is as unsettling as seeing The Tonton Macoute roving through an Ohio suburb:

Only TDS people would say that, and everyone knows what kind of a nutcase those are.

Fair, Orwell is just an excellent writer all together. I highly recommend to check out his Biography Down and Out in Paris in London where he formulated a lot of his political understanding.

I’ve only read a couple of Huxleys essays and I liked them. He was a pretty smart man that predicted a lot of the shit we see today
You should read Island then. Don't forget though he was part of the Malthusian thought that broadly encompasses (Neo) Malthusians like Margaret Sanger, Vladmir Leninn, and John Keynes.

If Trump made any mistake in the debate, it was that he probably spent too much time preparing to debate Kamala and not enough time preparing to debate the moderators. The very first time the moderators tried to "fact check" him, he should have retorted with, "Debunked? Like how Hunter Biden's laptop was Russian disinfo? Or how Covid came from a wet market? You don't get to tell people what's true, because you're liars. No one believes your garbage anymore. Now can we get back to me debating the Vice President?"
