To noone's surprise Phil got 8-0d in his first ranked match. But only because the connection was bad, the netcode sucks, it wouldn't happen in the real game and the guy he was playing is used to lag from playing on fightcade.

Luckily a dent from his chat has found him in ranked to donate him some points and lo and behold the netcode is completely fine when he's winning.

The dent is following him around now to all the games.

I wanna say this situation comes down to Phil’s own ego and his inability to imagine life outside himself. For Phil, there couldn’t be anything more interesting than drama surrounding Phil, and alotapeepul would be dying to see it because PHIL! I'm no fighting game player but when he gets pushed, he begins to panic and starts to button mash fucking up his inputs and blames it on the game. I never watch his fighting game streams but I picked up on it immediately watching this. This release has Rollback? so the inputs are fine.

He seems to be a decent player but only when things are under control and can't adapt to the situation leading to him fucking up. Sorry if this is well known just now that I'm actually watching this it's obvious what his real fault in fighting games are.

alright this weird shit has gone on long enough that I have to ask - has anything actually changed for DSP recently? he is acting like he is king of shit mountain all of a sudden and best I can tell he had like two conversations with Kino Casino and a disastrous "interview" where he begged Craig to admit that DSP did nothing wrong and did everything correct which ended in them telling each other to fuck themselves and Phil dropping the call like the bitch he is.

did I miss something? is having 1-2 functional conversations with someone other than Khet all it took to set off this narcissistic clown show? is he making significantly more money? winning more games? what gives?

Yes, he's making way more money. His tips have gone from $150 a day to $400 a day because of the KC dents. Just doing drama and blatantly begging every stream is working, so he's trying to copy Kino Casino's style of....well, everything. The Joon documentary and the Craig interview were disasters, but Phil is ignoring that (claiming the opposite actually). He has a dozen more people tipping him $200 more each day, and he wants ALL their money while he can get it. The end.

Phil's cowardice also applies to fighting games.
Rushdown characters are virtual Jahas pressing him in the parking lot.

Cammy is his kryptonite in SF6, because she's fast and can apply lots of pressure. This shouldn't be an issue for his grapplers, who can punish her with throws at close range. But Phil just gets tilted.

He's also terrible at problem solving and has zero imagination. His endless whining about flowchart gameplay is pure projection.

for some people like max, getting involved with phil is career suicide.

Max is also good friends with Justin Wong and Matt McMuscles. Justin dealt with Phil for years in person, and Matt has been a detractor for a decade. He has to absorbed the DSP lore through osmosis, and knows how tahxcic he is

Phil has been known to lie about Paypal fees in order to get more in tips
