Just discussed on stream. Finn and Felix, two of the older ferrets, are near death, and it is believed one may not survive, due to an incident yesterday night.

The ferrets managed to, in a way that is not currently clear, box one of the sleeping quarters closed with blankets and overheated inside it last night. They were like this for 5 hours whilst Shaye was asleep, and both got heat stroke.

Felix is recovering, Finn *was* recovering but is still in a bad state, and may not make the night.

This was discussed in the stream I posted about earlier, the bill is 4,421 dollars.

Plus, that's not even a screenshot from the code for his game, but rather a config file for his minecraft server. To be precise it's a plugin called MMOItems, he did not write that. It's publicly available. He is only using it for his server and occasionaly editing the config, while pretending that this makes him an "uber l33t hax0r programmer".

It's actually how I watch livestreams in general, you can play the partially downloaded files in a media player like VLC. Even if audio and video are separate audio and video files, which IIRC is the only way YouTube does it, you can use the Advanced Open menu to open the video file and synchronously play the audio file.

In my, admittedly limited, experience any pet that's deemed exotic/in need of more specialized care (in my case it was birds but I imagine ferrets would be qualified as such) come with much higher bills in general, but getting to upwards of 5k seems incredibly ridiculous and makes me think there's either something else wrong with the animals in question or Thor's just lying out of his ass. It's also possible that the vet he frequents is the only one within a reasonable distance who sees ferrets and charges a premium simply because they know they can, which doesn't seem that likely if Thor lives in even a modestly-sized city with a few vet clinics in it.
