I knew about his reputation and engaged regardless, curious to see how he'd react to someone not being outright hostile towards him. It was fun, getting him to break script felt like seeing a unicorn though. :story:

I don't have any "empirical evidence" but this phenomenon is quite easily explained. It's not about the sex itself, Trump could buy the highest class escorts if he wanted to. Same with Clinton who cheated with chubby Monica Lewinsky. They don't do it because those women are so mega super hot they just can't help themselves, they do it because those women admire them and make them feel awesome and powerful.

I kind of doubt Trump's mailorder bride looks at him with much love and admiration, she might be grateful to him for the life he gave her, but I think deep down he probably knows that she's with him for what he can give her and not for HIM as a person. That makes him feel bad. A young woman who looks up to him, admires him, flatters him, tells him he is her idol, her role model, her mentor and biggest inspiration, that makes him feel GOOD. It's as simple as that.

That makes sense, but it has the same stumbling block as convenience does to me: I find it very hard that Trump doesn’t have access to women who gives that, and is also more attractive than Loomer.
Fundamentally, I’m operating off the premise that “all else being equal, a man will choose a more attractive woman over a less attractive one.” Maybe I’m wrong about that premise, or maybe I’m wrong that Trump has other woman who look up to him, adore him, and admire him in the same way Loomer does. But I think it needs more evidence besides “look at how they look at each other” to accuse him of cheating.
