Pretty big. In 2020 with all the mail in ballots they had a bunch of ballots with no date or with the wrong date on them. Supreme Court Justice Alito ruled Pennsylvania should keep those ballots separated and not counted until a ruling was made on them. The PA elections workers opened the envelopes and mixed them will all the other ballots anyways. Now if they are misdated or undated there is no excuse to open them at all.

Since IIRC, some of the regions already ruled that Mail in ballots with bad/missing dates would not be counted, and the DNC operatives on the ground just did it anyway? Unknown at this time.
