When is this draft supposed to happen exactly? The House is taking off all of October, we're ways into September now. It's going to take at least six months to train a conscript. And are they even going to do it in the event of a Trump victory?

The draft happens when war is declared. Could be tomorrow or never. Also 6 months is generous. Theyll cut that in half. They'll use the men they already have to buy time for the new recruits.
