The problem is that our youth is retarded and are willing to do anything for their idols. I can already see the Taylor fans seething and ready to mobilize to vote for Kamala, in much larger numbers than what Swift’s lame endorsement would’ve caused.

Trump knows how to make the media cycle about him. It works. What comes to mind is that this could force Swift into a response, and she’s already very hesitant about getting too political. Her endorsement was clearly phoned in. The media will corner her about ‘responding to Trump’ and she may just disappear out right. It weakens the entire endorsement and potentially makes her fans thunk. It also has a non-zero chance of getting more non–college educated white men to vote for him because that demographic hates Swift.

The thing is, the swifties who are that retarded and cult like are already in the Kamala camp, that's why Taylor's endorsement did virtually nothing to budge the needle. Not all Taylor Swift fans are retarded leftoids, surprisingly - some of them are just retarded country gals or other women who like the music but don't care about her politics. The people affected by her endorsement are probably already politically vocal women with left leaning views, so they were probably going to vote Kamala anyway.
Trump coming out and saying he hates her is unsurprising, funny, and in character. Lefty media outlets will seethe about it and Tay Tay will feel compelled to whine about how victimized she is, but in the end this probably won't matter much. Independent voters already know he's famous for mean tweets and have largely decided they care more about affordable food.

I see Trump doing this to later make a point about how they care more about a billionaire being insulted than illegals in your country eating your cats. This morning it seemed clear while Vance was dishing punishment, the media wants to end the Springfield talk and move on. But he fucked them up so bad, Trump does this, and I bet by the end of this week or next both of them are in Springfield or Colorado to showcase what's happening.
It could also mean Trump's internals are so good he's allowed a cheat day so to speak, he can fire off something that's high risk/high reward. and still not fuck himself over the way Kamabla's second interview makes her even more retarded to people.

I'm sorry, I just don't see the "Swifties for Trump" all of the sudden switching their votes to Kamala over this. They've all pretty much established that they have separated the art from the artist.
Taylor Swift's endorsement was the least surprising thing ever, and it was actually a far more underwhelming "event" than the majority of people even expected.
Personally, I think that the Swifties who are foaming at the mouth right now are (a) those too young to vote right now and (b) those who were already voting for Kamala anyway.
Taylor Swift backlash is real right now too. Whenever somebody or something rises to extraordinary popularity, there's a huge backlash that follows (and then that backlash becomes the new trendy thing). I'm even seeing a lot of leftists online proclaiming that her Kamala endorsement "wasn't good enough" and still hate her over her friendship with some Trump supporters.
Aside from die hard weirdo Swifties, normies are sick of seeing her all over the NFL games, they're sick of hearing her subpar music everywhere, they're sick of the overexposure of her everywhere in the media, etc.
I think her popularity has hit its cap, personally.
