No, you fucking idiot. There's a reason shit it classified as "Top Secret". It's because, by definition, it's release could put America and it's assets in grave danger. By giving them a full debriefing, they would need prior sourcing and a comprehensive knowledge of the Russian military and government history. Blasting people that may or may not be smarter than a box of hammers with this information would be particularly dangerous.
