MrBeast's company has done some bad things and figures like Dogpack, Jake Weddle, and Surprise Witness TV have not acted in good faith, undermining any potential case. Surprise Witness TV often rushes videos with evidence she fails to archive, resulting in the company using her videos to delete information. Witness also openly brags about how much she knows.
