A 5 foot nothing, 100lb woman could easily kill a 6 foot man weighing 250lbs. It's called drugging and strangling. We knew she had xanies in her system, you knew she had a problem, I bet you left some out knowing she couldn't help herself and strangled her when she was high and couldn't fight back.
A rope and pully system, i.e. throwing a scarf around a banister, lessens the weight by a lot and makes it so you could just use the momentum of your own fat to lift her because as you say, you weighed more.
