Aaron Imholte / Steel Toe Morning/Evening Show / "The Toe Boys" / r/steeltoeboringshow - Disgraced Minnesotan radio host turned racist Internet shock jock. Cuckold chef de Spaghetti-os, "2-2" boxing "coach". Has a legion of a-logs. Lost his wife to a coke addict he played "Strip Twister" with. Fined $50 for sharing nudes of Kayla Rekieta.

I can't see how anyone views it as intimidation. Kayla only found out because Keanu mentioned it weeks later. Wasn't specifically mentioned as a nude on stream. It seems Aaron cut contact with her. It can't be anytime a relationship ends any speech about someone is harassment or intimidating. There needs to be a benchmark.
Aaron shared the photo the day after Kayla had messaged him asking him not to talk about them publicly and not to contact her family. While I don't think for a minute that he shared it to harass her, the prosecution is bound to draw a connection between the two events.

It's fairly weak. Speaking about someone isn't harassment. The sta fard should be could they stick an harassment charge on Aaron without a photo present. Yet I'd agree that statute is written very poorly and doesn't define things well.

This morning Aaron stated that he was extremely excited about his meeting with his lawyer today. He won't be able to talk about it for 2 to 3 days.
Considering that on the 19th at 8:45am he has his Omnibus hearing, I expect it will all be agreed upon, signed off by the judge and then he can talk about it.
The timeframe fits.

It is not just written poorly, it forgets to define what harassment is and its possible to be charged with harassment without fulfilling the basic requirements of what constitutes harassment as defined in other statutes.

In my opinion there was never a chance for this felony to stick. Nick, Kayla and April were trying to use the justice system to intimidate Aaron (at witness in their own cases).

I'm guessing what Aaron did is quite rare and I wouldn't be surprised if very few people actually get that misdemeanor charge as it is written to allow very quick upgrades to felony.

Like sending to multiple people - felony
Sending to someone who then republishes it, - felony
Making money off it - felony
Losing the victim income - felony
With the intent to harass and then not defining harass - felony

Aaron being a goof and sending it just 1 guy has to be rare in Minnesota I'd guess. If you look what cases that went to the Minnesota Supreme Court, Aaron's case really is fringe.

The cops/prosecutor were clearly overcharging it to a felony in order to get Aaron to plea to the revenge porn misdemeanor. Maybe Aaron knows he can successfully that that knocked off in the omnibus hearing.

Now the plea will have to be something much less.

Can you imagine being the prosecutor in this case. You literally have to deal with Nick Rekieta shower texting you, yelling at you, calling you a liar, and that you just don't understand, and how incompetent you are.

These are not the same cops and prosecutor that are charging Nick, so I bet he foolishly thinks running his mouth towards them, cannot hurt them in his case.

Having to try this case means dealing with Nick Rekieta the whole time.

It would be hilarious if the St. Cloud prosecutor dropped charges because they are sick of dealing with NIck. Or Nick ruined their whole case.

Can Aaron's defense request all communication with Nick and Kayla as part of the mandatory disclosure and discovery?

What if part of a plea deal is that Aaron has to supply the St. Cloud prosecutors with all of his text/message history that get's turned over to Nick's prosecutor? What if part of discovery includes the prosecutors getting access to all of their swinger messages. But Nick Deleted Fucking Everything after he supplied the single picture from there as proof that the message board existed?

More ebegging from Aaron.
He missed his goal last night by $100.

Still only 13,000 subscribers.
He has to e-beg because he isn't interesting enough to attract a large enough viewership to make it a non-issue.

All of this drama and he can't convert those temporary eyeballs into subscribers.

Aaron. Your show sucks. You are boring, dull and useless. There are dozens of things you can do better that fits with your "Steel Toe" marketing. People have tried to make suggestions. But you are not trying anything new. If you always do what you have done before, don't be surprised that you don't do better. E-begging makes your show even more uninteresting.

10,000 of those subs are fake. He's been caught buying subs, views, and likes.

The subs are irrelevant anyway, his viewer count during streams is what matters. And it has not been great to put it nicely.
I see him picking up a second job soon to pay the lawyer bills.

@Ohhamburgers About 2,000 people were live viewing his livestream this morning.

3,100 people watched this morning show total at this moment.

Maybe those are mostly fake subs. But if he is really pulling in the money he says he does, and he pulls teeth this much, I can believe that his audience is this small. In fact I am constantly surprised he can bring in the money he does.

That would certainly be the best/funniest option, and cause the Balldoguards to lose their shit, but I dunno if Aaron is that lucky. So I'm just gonna go with them dropping the felony.

I think the felony version of that charge is unsustainable given the facts. It's missing an essential element. I do not believe for a second that Aaron shared Kayla's pic with Geno for the purpose of "harassing" her. I think he did it because he's a dummy and wanted to brag about what he got a piece of.
A plea for them dropping the felony is the likely "news", but I one hundred percent think that they had enough evidence to make it stick when you take it in the context of him shit talking the Rekietas and the allegations about threatening comments from him along the lines of them not liking the stuff that he could leak.

Shit talking them and threatening to leak damaging information wouldn't be necessarily illegal, but if the damaging information is revenge porn it is, and he helpfully clarified what he meant by doing precisely that.

Basically "it's not harassment until he does something illegal", and then he went and did something illegal.

Per Aaron, Kayla sent her own message hinting that they could leak damaging information.

Out of morbid curiosity about what this dude talks about when he can't mention drama, I checked out two of Aaron's shows last week. Holy shit those were the most wasted hours of my entire life. The people who clip this show are doing harder work than coal miners.

I thought Mersh put on the most low-effort show possible, but Steel Toe makes Nightwave look like Orson Welles's Mercury Theater.

There's no prep, no "bits" or interesting anecdotes, it's just an endless stream of a man begging and berating his audience to give him money/ "hit the goal" while constantly reminding you how good the show is and how great he is at broadcasting. The fact that there's even a tiny audience that listens to this twice daily has shaken loose any last hope I had for humanity.

You are stepping solidly into the realm of 1st amendment violation with that opinion.
Aaron can talk about his sex life with Kayla all day and there is nothing she or Nick can do about it.

This is nothing other than a cheap attempt at witness intimidation and SLAPP lawsuit to shut someone up.

That sounds like the Killstream! Aaron should take some pointers from Ralph and stream blackout drunk, might improve his dono's. God bless the goal.

My recollection was that she felt like he was threatening to do it.

Maybe try reading the rest of the post instead of taking one part of it out of context.

Aaron can talk about his sex life all he wants, and if it was only ever that, he'd have been just fine, but now we get to take his threats in the context of revenge porn, not just "talk".

The other morning when he made up for the goal! and almost had a movie watch night……If I had money to spare that I didn’t care about, I’d make them watch The Virgin Suicides.

His show is weird, I’ll put it on sometimes because he’s live when I wake up, and it isn’t fat bitches bitching about fat bitches.

I love to watch Johnny regret his decisions every week though,

A rather boring filing dropped on the day before the Omnibus that prohibits all participants (except the lawyers) from bringing electronic devices into the courtroom.
