It's not a hole, it's a sailboat logo. Looks similar to the Nautica logo- could be them, could be a knockoff.
Rally guy has a lot of beard growth, and it's grey. Now, he may have shaved to prepare for ambushing Trump. And sometimes, the hair on the head retains color and the beard goes grey first. Not impossible it's him based on that. But it is another discrepancy.
The nose and the moobs look close, though.
Similar Nautica shirt in red instead of coral or whatever shade this is (lighting is off)

A few issues.
This fella has more meat on the cheeks, but he MIGHT share the same cup size.
Routh is a blonde, this fella seems to have gone grey/white, and unless he shaved, Routh is rocking a clean face.
I will concede the eyebrow structure seems similar but it's kind of hard to tell because blonde eyebrows are cursed as fuck.
Sadly, I gotta consider this one... deboonked, (for now.)

It's subtle, but Rally guy has very pronounced Nasolabial folds, like Routh does.

The closely spaced eyes and bulbous nose are a somewhat unusual facial shape. That plus being lanky and skinnyfat and the right age, I'm not willing to rule it out. The shirts are different but by the same token- maybe this guy really likes off-pink colors and has a bunch of coral-salmon-mauve shirts.

I'm just genuinely curious, because if this IS him, like Unzen said, the chances of him having someone helping him rises, unless he planned this shit out ahead of time and had the stolen car, gun, and backpack shields already. Bullshit. Every group you listed is the lower IQ portion of the population. IQ is mostly heritable, and barring increasingly rare cases of actual malnutrition/parasites (also typically via malnutrition) that lower it, hardly environmental and even less so socioeconomic. This has to be bait, since you ignore American blacks are the overwhelming beneficies of every anti poverty program that has ever existed in the US as well as public schools that receive the most funding yet they have gotten worse, not better. Africans and their children on the other hand, consistently do better by every metric without the benefit of the aforementioned programs. So it's not race, it's a culture that encourages nigger behavior.

In my life here is my favorite interaction with this.
When I was fresh out of university with a computer science degree I got a job at big corporate as a junior developer. Along with me there was this dude. This dude was black of course and claimed that the work we were doing was beneath him because he had a masters in mechanical engineering. Why he was there as a java developer along with the rest of us I will never know. I guess I wouldn't say he was completely retarded but he was arrogant and annoying. He also acted black all the time. Leading to the rest of us on the team ignoring him.
Day in and day out he complained that he deserved more complicated work because he shouldn't be here with us meager fresh grads. Even though he was also a fresh grad and like one year older than me. Eventually management listened to him and threw him into a position where he had no hope of completing any of the tasks he was given. Due to inexperience and complexity of what he was being asked to do. So he'd come by and complain that he couldn't do any of it and they weren't training him on it.
They actually fired him eventually. This is the first and only time I have ever seen this in my career in tech. As we had another sheboon who sat at her desk watching Netflix all day. They never fired her though just gave her a do nothing job and she only talked to 1 director ever. As far as I know she still works there.

I don't think she's getting anything out of this other then avoiding political exile.
I can't really say what the intent was with making her VP, but while in that role she has made herself extremely unpopular with a lot of people, to the point that it's taking the full force of the media propaganda machine to claim she has a chance against Trump. When she is no longer VP or the presidential candidate she will have nothing. No cushy jobs lined up, no speaking arrangements, no marketable skills, no connections, no investments or savings. She probably couldn't even get work as a janitor as she's too famous for any position befitting her capabilities. She might end up a prostitute, but I think she's too old for anyone's tastes - anyone with money, anyways. Either way she is looking at a very sharp decline in her standard of living, possibly in deep debt and homeless.
Her becoming president can be seen as her only chance to delay that for up to eight years, and possibly set up a plan that lets her live comfortable after that
