SSB9 did comment on children's Instagram accounts but it was always to larp, like that time he said he had tried Takis. There's a timeline out there where more diligent archivers collected receipts and allowed him to trap himself, but sadly we don't get to live in that timeline. I've said this before, we the Internet hate machine, will see this monster re-emerge once everyone else that wanted to feel like real investigators moves on.

If this creep actually turns out to be called "David Lynch" it'll be proof we're living in a simulation.
He seems to have been part of a (culty) church when he was in London, and possibly left London after getting disfellowshipped in the 90s. He may be remembering charity activity he was involved with in the church or be fixated on charity in the context of South London.
We don't actually know if the police have done anything, but investigations can often move at a glacial pace. Plus police are notorious for not doing anything about paedophiles reported to them, especially when the evidence reported is circumstantial (basically "he's a freak who seems like a paedo") and doubly so if the reports are spread across multiple forces (South London is the Metropolitan police, Milton Keynes is Thames Valley police and Doncaster is South Yorkshire police).
The majority of stuff being sent to them would likely be classed as antisocial behaviour rather than noncery, and they like to claim they're too under resourced to stop gangs of feral youths terrorising their neighbours even when supplied with names, addresses and CCTV footage. Not to mention the Chris-Chan effect where a large Internet presence and multiple people making reports actually puts police off investigating something.
I also doubt Nick Crowley actually has archived everything and sent it to the police; that sounds like a boilerplate disclaimer he slaps on videos to avoid getting hassled about being a clout goblin who is more interested in a scoop than bringing people to justice.

I lurk the thread, but want to say one thing that annoys me about SSB9 which is mainly in the Nexpo video and what a bunch of redditors/commenters do is constantly refer to this whole thing as an ARG or (in Nexpo's case) build suspense to the idea if it's one or not.
It just feels extremely disingenuous to do that shit, and feels like its more to make it spoopy than point out how this person is a genuine freak who may be a predator.
At least in comparison, Nick Crowley got straight to the point that this person is a freak and didn't play up that this could be "le spoopy ARG rabbit hole"

Over the years (not my first account) I've understood why we need to archive everything, not interact with cows, etc., but at times these fixations can become tiresome, e.g., "do I *really* have to archive this right now? Why is archive.is taking so long?" But now that we see a pretty interesting horrowcow approached in completely the opposite way, it's so clear why the way we do things here is so important.
I'd hazard a guess that this is, at this point, mostly a dead end, unless he makes a slip-up. That said, a few possible avenues that might be worth looking into:
Current Location
Are we in agreement here that he is in the Brixton area of London, since he identifies himself at that location in a video posted a few months ago this year? And because of reports of neighbors at the residence where tiktokers threw a brick through his window claiming that he hasn't lived there for some time?

At first, it would seem unlikely, but remember this: before all of thus hullabaloo David somehow watched a 40+ minute YouTube video of a walkthrough in his area and identified himself in the video. What are the chances of that? It would seem he is extremely online and looking for traces of himself wherever he could find them. So it's possible he has an account here and might even be interacting in this thread in some way (reacting to posts, etc.). And he's commonly inserted himself into conversations on other platforms. So keep an eye out.
The Worldwide Church of God / Grace Communion International
This David's church, and it's a bit unusual: an adventist sect that is non-Trinitarian and meets on Saturdays rather than Sundays. Since it seems David might be more a part of online communities of these churches, I've scoured quite a few YouTube video comment sections, comments on obituaries of famous GCI ministers, etc., but with no luck yet. One thing that's fortunate about this cow is that his writing style is so distinctive--not only in tone and subject matter, but also in typography. But he may be a tad more "normal" when in his church persona.
To my eye, David is markedly more coherent when discussing church related things. For example, his post to David Bedford, a a GCI minister:

This suggests that David is likely more normal, even just in his writing style when focusing on church matters. Sure, he veers off into tangents, but it's possible he could attend a GCI church on occasion and not stand out as some freak? His own self-assessment, that he's a product of a mixed marriage and a tumultuous early life with parental conflicts, which he hasn't totally gotten over. An understatement to say the least, but a more clear self assessment than one might expect of the freakish clown we more often see. Perhaps SSB9 is almost more a persona or character he slips into in his less coherent states?

With regards to how he got the uniform, he could've just bought it. Idk how it is in the UK but kids wear uniforms in my country and anyone can head to school supply stores that sell a wide range of uniforms. It's kind of a stretch but someone could find stores that sell that school's uniforms and snoop

Yes, it was definitely to hide which walk he was involved in. Why would he bother doing that unless he did a bit more than just donate some money? Well, last night I was digging through the web archives of the bluebell walk page. Not a single archive I've found so far has mentioned receiving a physical certificate as a thanks just for donating. For example, if I were to pull up a participants justgiving page and donate, there would be no certificate given to me. What I have concluded, though I haven't got the proof yet, is you can only obtain a certificate like the one David has by participating in the walk itself, and donating the amount you fundraised. I am extremely confident that David physically attended one of these bluebell walks, probably with a list of fake sponsors behind him. Even the phrasing on the certificate itself, mentioning something about a "magnificent sum," leads me to believe this is the case. It is very possible someone, somewhere, has photos of David in the wild (amongst some beautiful bluebells, how cute.) What year was the Salmon Centre donation made?
I was also thinking about your comment towards Doncaster/Milton Keynes. I decided to go back and look through archived material to see if there was any reference to the North made at all. I stumbled across a Stefanie post containing an unusual mural that reads "hope." That seemed like something they'd need more of up in Doncaster so I had a look. I found that not only was it another London location, but it was actually tied to a church. Isn't David always going on about that? Is it possible he has attended this place? Maybe even actively attending it? The photo he used was taken himself, there was no copies elsewhere online. I wish I could find the Stefanie post featuring the mural, I didn't want to save it to my phone for obvious reasons.
Located in Vauxhall, close to where people reckon he is. My personal theory so far (and it is just a theory) is he started his SSB posting when he moved to London, any clips of him in the Doncaster home were older, maybe even pre-recorded to start posting when he made the move. I can't find a trace of Doncaster anywhere with this guy in any online content outside of those tranny style fetish videos in the uniform.

I do agree with your theory. I proposed several pages ago that the Doncaster footage could be old and thus explain how he doesn't look mid to late 50s. Given he owns a Samsung Galaxy A20e, the footage was probably recorded with something else or the camera is very shit and if the Reddit dox is right it could be quite old. How old exactly is difficult for me to ascertain, it looks like an older smartphone camera to me but I could be wrong.
To add to the church speculations something that I didn't include was that to me he talks about the GCI like something he revers but doesn't really belong to. As in he either converted or has a deep emotional attachment to the church based on how he phrased it, it even sounded like he was just listing stuff you would get off Wikipedia. He definitely moves in the Churches of Christ/Independent churches though and so far all leads are within the Evangelical Alliance.
Since I'm trapped at home waiting for calls, I'll check the Bluebell Walk media stuff too.

Thank you for doing the side by side comparison! I think between the filters, his facial fat and the tongue pushing it definitely makes the already creepy mouth even creepier. It’s the visible two top teeth that makes me think it’s the poppy mask, but also possible is the violet mask. I feel like he probably is only using the bottom portion because he has very deep set eyes and the mask wouldn’t fit properly around his eye area. Masking is kind of a niche fetish, so I’ve been looking around the masking sites and Instagram. Maybe he was into female masking before the child masking?
Also, this guy is exactly the kind of person to have been featured on portal of evil. One of the original atrocity tourist sites (rip). I was going to look at the archives on there too, but it’s a lot to comb through.
