I'm a leech who never contributed anything, so I figured I would try documenting a little purge sesh we just had. Hopefully I don't fuck anything up too badly. Anyway, Austin is doing some pre-jail gamba waiting to be picked up or to turn himself in when he visits the parole office tomorrow. I will attach screenshots of the results with the associated voicechats targeted at rats/randoms/well-wishers alike.

The felt:

A rat suddenly appears, but bossman is having none of it.

Another RAT starts subliminally dissing Bossman's name, so he is challenged to step up to the plate.

Unbelievably, another RAT speaks up! He pisses off the Bossman by agreeing with him. The nerve!

More rats start being weird, this one dissed him some other day, he thinks.

The final rat dared to use voice chat, when in fact, only the Bossman is allowed to. Bossman has a suggestion on how he should behave instead.

At this point, he seems to have cooled down and the crack purges end. No more negativity. Happy bossman just wants to chill and play some CS.

He's bleeding subs and viewers like crazy. I remember him having over 1.4k subs at some point a month ago and averaging over 1k viewers. All of his streams have like 500viewers at most. 200 when they're 20minute long

I'd keep watching but he streams for 9 minutes at 20 different times randomly. Null needs to invest in a Rat Signal to let us know when he's live.

I assume Austin will go to Virginia's Recovery Court/Recovery Docket, I'm kind of retarded and don't speak English natively so I may be interpreting it incorrectly but I think this is the most likely scenario unless his prior convictions make him ineligible.

Right off the top, the county Austin is in does not yet have a Recovery Court. The flier you posted is actually for COURTS to learn about what a recovery court is and how to set one up. Had he caught a drug charge in any of these other counties he would have this as an option https://www.vacourts.gov/courtadmin/aoc/djs/programs/sds/programs/dtc/general_info/dtc_directory.pdf

BUT lets say I'm wrong and there is a recovery court for him to be assigned to, Austin MIGHT have been able to go to this program, and this is what I was referring to in previous posts where I said for his drug charge he'd likely plead to a first offender program.

Though this is his first drug charge, this isnt his first felony offense. He's been charged with dozens of felonies before, and is on probation for 1 of them which he was convicted in 2015.

If you read their minimum qualificiations it states "Adult Recovery Courts primarily target non-violent offenders with substance abuse disorders". Austin is not non violent. This doesnt instantly reject him from the program, but his drug charge is the result of a call for Domestic Violence, one which he plead guilty too to get his deal in that court.

Also, his prior felony conviction and charges which were not prosecuted for in exchange for him doing rehab might be a consideration to exclude him. He has already done court ordered rehab. He actually failed out of it back in 2016 and caught a contempt of court charge.

Turns out there isn't a massive overlap between degen gamba enjoyers and people who want to watch someone shop for CS skins for two hours on end.

Hi! 3x felon here.
You have no clue what the fuck you're talking about. You're retarded. Get the fuck out of my chat, bitch. You're a whole ass clown.
No, but seriously.... shut the fuck up. You're clueless. 100% retarded comment.
You got busted for felonies 3 fucking times? You truly are a shining example of peak brain ridges and not at all a low IQ nigger. From now on, I will seek your advice on every thought and opinion I have.

Ah, I don't know, it's confusing because this https://rga.lis.virginia.gov/Published/2023/RD624/PDF 2023 report has his county on the map as one of the approved districts. Though again, I'm retarded and it's possible I'm reading it wrong. It would be odd considering how close it is to Richmond, which is where most of the prisoner reentry programs send their excons and paedos.

Not sure how long you've been following this saga, but he caught this crack cocaine possession charge because the police arrested him for domestic violence when he returned from his crack dealer. Austin is out on what you could loosely call "probation" for a first time offender "Deferred Disposition" in Domestic Relations court at the same time he is out on bond for the felony drug possession.

He is literally a violent drug offender.

I just want to confirm that I'm reading this right. The image you posted of his current offenses looks like it says that his bond violation from September 17th will be handled in during the hearing that was already scheduled for his drug possession charge on October 17th. So, would this mean that he just continues with his regular probation officer check ins and drug tests (likely continuing to fail them all for the next month), and he likely won't be arrested before that (well, won't get arrested unless he does something stupid like lay a smackdown on ratdad again)?

Why would they choose to do that? Is it because Bossman's just a loser shut in who spends all day and night yelling at his computer and isn't seen as a threat to the safety of others, or is that how they usually handle bond violations?
