Keanu alogged Aaron pretty hard. She really hates him. Boring as fuck. 13 minutes in and she has said nothing interesting.

I wish I knew what stories April has told Keanu to make her hate Aaron so much. Keanu has suggested physical abuse. But she has been incredibly light on the details outside of what was already shown in #1 ex-wife's restraining order.

If Aaron wants this deal to go through, his wisest path is NOT to discuss it until after December 1tth when the deal is sealed.

Speaking of which, maybe Balldo has a plea deal that he is willing to accept so he somehow developed insight, and is shutting the hell up in order to not blow the deal. That is probably too much to expect from the low impulse control narcissist.

Not sure yet. If there was a plea agreement it would kind of make the idea of a settlement conference redundant.

I don’t think she told her anything new. Keanu had already heard about the DV stuff since it was leaked. I think Keanu was looking for an out to go after Aaron. That sudden flip made no sense.

He didn't discuss specifics or offer theories. He hinted this week and last week he has good news and feels confident.

I'm assuming that means the felony charge is going away. Surely even Aaron can't think a felony guilty plea is good news... Right? Right???

I just read up on what the settlement conference is and I was bit rash, the conference is to discuss a possible settlement between all parties, and I assume this includes the Rackets and what they get out of this.

At this time all counts, even the felony, are still on the table. But I imagine Aaron would only be interested in discussing a deal if it includes dropping the felony.

Yeah I highly doubt he'll take a felony. I see him taking a suspended sentence and can't talk about Kayla but only time will tell.

but plaintiff is the state, so i'm not sure if the rackets get much say, but the state will probably have some sort of protective measures re: kayla like not talking about her or whatever.
