Depends on who is complaining. In the latest stream some 1h40m in Raxx's granny came to tell Chance to be quiet, as she was presumably trying to sleep. And Chance was still raxxing out nearly two and a half hours later.

Looking at the Gmaps aerial, one could assume that the neighboring house to the west would be close enough to suffer from the noise. No idea where in that house the occupants sleep, though.

Even if they did, do you really think this manchild would give a damn that they can't sleep? His delusions are more important than anyone else around him, even the woman who feeds him is less important than his toys. The cops are also tired of dealing with his bullshit. No matter what they say, Chance is too dumb to understand.

It's also worth noting that one of the neighbors thought Chance's house was a halfway house when she was interviewed by the cops lmao

For clarification, Rax isn't a retard who was tricked into saying some pedo shit that he didn't mean, he wasn't groomed or psyop'd into doing anything, he wasn't tricked, the age wasn't exposed post hoc, and he isn't intellectually or emotionally stunted/disabled in any way that could excuse this kind of behavior. He knows the difference between right and wrong, he knows that sexually talking to minors is disgusting pedophile behavior, and he went ahead with it anyway several times, and that's just what we're aware of.

All I can say is you just need to spend more time watching him and his lore. The more you watch the more you'll understand why there really isn't any hope for him even if he deserved it.

A summary on my perspective of Rax would be something like, he is very stupid, not mentally retarded, but low IQ, somewhere around 80. He is unironically evil with serious anger issues and malicious manipulative tendencies. He is delusional beyond belief and has a personality based on ideas of grandeur. He has no "real" personality or genuineness whatsoever, the only defining trait he has is that he is a coward who likes to talk big when he thinks he has the upper hand, but will immediately drop anything he believes if he thinks he's in danger, he has no conviction. Then finally, he is a pedophile whose only interest is sexual gratification. He's constantly looking for any sexual attention from any source possible, and will cheat in a heartbeat if given the chance (lol).

Rax is in a permanent state of arrested development and will never be a productive member of society. I won't go to deep into that, but it's something you just realize after seeing him live with his grandma in an attic as a 34 y/o with no job.

Since the rig is Raxx's endgame, you'd have to switch it around. Like this - Taylor ships the rig, suddenly gets mad that Raxx has been cheating on her with anything that has a pulse, sides with the trolls and lets them "intercept" the rig shipment.
