even with how bad bioware has gotten over the years i still had a tiny bit of hope for dreadwolf and the new mass effect, veilguard completely killed any hope i had for them. i just hope bioware dies soon so someone with at least some love of the franchises can take them over.

Games where you make your own character can get away with a lot more pronoun troon shit than other genres. You can just ignore them if you feel like it unless they've managed to remove any kind of standard fantasy option.
