Boss is sitting on a suspended 5 year sentence, which if its determined he violated his probation for that, he gets sent straight to 5 year prison sentence.

What he is facing right now is his bond being revoked for violation of conditions. Which worst case scenario means he has to sit in prison until his hearing, and then until trial/sentencing depending on how he pleads and then he will get time served if real time is coming.
