I'm sorry but all this tells me is that you're booty-blasted over a 40 y.o man (duh!) who:

  1. Has a job that pays him enough to allow him to get his groceries
  2. Is aware of his health and taking steps to take care of it, and not only that, but

It's okay, mental illness is honestly nothing to be ashamed of. You should only feel shame if you're not taking the steps to get yourself to a more stable place.

Make sure you're working out regularly, engaging socially in a healthy way, and have constructive hobbies. Oh and stay hydrated.

Jokes aside, you very clearly have a lot of mental health problems that are very apparent in the way you've interacted with this forum as well as that convention shit you posted in that discord. People think we want troons do die. I genuinely don't, I hope you guys get the mental help you need to get to a better place and be productive members of society.
