That is what I meant. I don't think he picked today by chance to stream and I imagine we are going to see giddy manic Nick tonight (as opposed to loser depressive Nick).
It's possible. The question is why Nick didn't stream at all since the day before the Aaron case started.
One reason, which was my guess, is that he didn't want to have to address it at all. If he continue to claim that he was in a monogamous relationship (aggressive or otherwise), it would presumably cast serious doubt on the report that was made. If he admitted that the information contained in the statement of probable cause was true, he was admitting to being at best a swinger.
That makes me wonder why he broke cover now. In theory, the above is still in play. He can't really deny the polycule without potentially creating good evidence for Aaron.
My fear is that the "personal announcement" involves an admission of being in a poly relationship involving April. I say "fear" because the alternative prospect, of Nick indefinitely dancing on the tightrope of not confirming but also not denying the existence of the Rekieta-Imholte polycule while he's openly discussing the cases involving all four of them is much more funny.

Real decisions cause real pain, and most of them have nothing to do with providing some sort of entertainment or gossip for people online.
Most of the stupid decisions Nick and the other three made over the past year provided a LOT of entertainment and gossip for people online (and off), even if that was entirely unintentional.
I'm not convinced it was all unintentional, though... There was no discussion of "Imholte-Rekieta swinging?" until the hot tub stream, and that was apparently Aaron's idea...
