reddit General

It amazes me how the younger generation doesn't know how computers work. My mother had taught herself how to fix her computer, she's almost 70. These bitches are just lazy.
I'm even surprised even in my shit hole country you are expected to have learned how to use a computer before University (There's a computer based test you must take before entering any university).

This is the craziest shit I've ever seen on reddit. Someone found a homeless guy with a skull that is disintegrated down to the brain? from injecting the drug tranq. The guy is just walking around like nothing happened.

He's not hurting anyone, let people enjoy things. like how does this personally affect you.

Just put him down. There's no way he's going to live a normal life especially when he's homeless.

How do normalfags use Reddit? Most subreddits enforced a minimum karma to post (which you can't get without posting) and you can't post for 24 hours after you make an account.
for real!!! i miss the good ol' days when i could easily troll redditors just for fun and have a good time doing so while farming negative karma. now everything on that site is completely censored and you have to get verified, gain karma status, and saying the slightest controversial thing can get your entire account banned from all of reddit not just a single subreddit. in other words your comment gets deleted by bot "moderators" that will detect your post is "harmful" and perma ban you before anyone can reply to you. meaning your post gets witheld by moderators before its shown to everyone.

I don’t understand why they pick these jobs. If you are super sensitive you just shouldn’t work in the service industry cause there is always gonna be some asshole. Much less work in a service industry that’s known for its asshole customers like being a barista like so many of these redditors seem to pick. Most don’t even have the excuse that these jobs are the best that they can get, most r/antiwork users went to college or are in college, it’s just they either picked a bullshit degree or where not good enough in the field they chose.

Your comment on the gifted and talented complex was so poignant btw, what a disaster we have wrought by taking kids doing slightly better then their peers in like the 3rd grade or whatever and inflating their egos to high heaven, I’ve literally never heard of a GAT kid turning out well. They all found out the hard way they weren’t that gifted either in high school or at the latest in college, maybe some were legit gifted but got complacent and lazy idk.
I think the internet got fucked hard by the concentration of coddled "gifted students" and people who gave the label to themselves because they did allegedly smart people things, like watching cartoons as an adult, reading books (Harry Potter, not Dostoyevsky), writing fanfiction about TV shows, etc...

You're right, they should make an effort to find better jobs. Maybe they just refuse to admit that the original plan has failed, and no 3rd party is going to fix their mess. Even the ones who pretend to be badass longcoats:neckbeard: still tolerate the seethers, so they still have the thinnest skin ever.

Not sure if anyone’s mentioned it, but surprisingly enough one of the major subreddits did end up banning political posts. I’m actually pretty surprised to see it, especially given that a lot of the comments are in support. Not sure if I’d call it a reddit win by any means, but definitely interesting to see.

I wonder if this is gonna be a real political posts ban or like that cheeky thing they do where politics are banned for thee but not for me. I've seen stuff like this where they make the argument that supporting trannies/minorities/current thing or other points/whatever they agree with is not politics because "It's just basic decency" or "That's just how it should be."

I feel like "Does it interfere with your life?" is a good litmus test, but unfortunately that's something that can't be seen from the outside either.
I do feel bad for autists who actually try to force themselves into society, simply because getting a stable job, staying healthy and maintaining an irl friend circle creates the paradox where they're being tested more than the fat NEET autismbucks faggot who plays videogames all day, but because they have the job and illusion of normality they're automatically unable to get the autismbucks.

Actual failure to launch autists who wolf down sharebags of Doritos for breakfast could do with being locked in an airtight room so helium gas can seep in while they're watching another Minecraft LetsPlay.

According to some of the comments this guy is known around the area and usually wears a helmet to protect his gaping crevasse of a head. They also say he lost that massive chunk of his skull due to a car accident, not drug use.

Redditor spends 2 and a half hours at social security and decides to take pictures of himself playing Minecraft on his steam deck.

If you're on social security how are you affording a steam deck? And if you can why are you showing the people who decide if you're poor enough to get free money you're buying things like this?

Worst thing you can do on amphetamines, enjoy never being able to ever enjoy sex with women sober again (or with men, seeing as this is reddit). That shit messes with your dopamine receptors hard, play video games or rant into some poor motherfuckers ear for hours on end when high, like a normal, stim abusing person. Christ.
