How does that make any sense? If it breaks wouldn't it be destruction of property or something like that. Why would that incentivize her to keep the Wilkins around if they're the cause of the destruction of her property?

She didn't want to kick out Sally and Ed. Seemed fine with wanting to get rid of rax only but she was too confused (probably lazy) to go to the courthouse to file a eviction for chance even though a cop explained the process in the simplest way possible. Then she just started to believe Sally's lies and delusions too. She's not a terrible person just really dumb.

She, like everyone involved with 339 Lloyd, seems incredibly stupid. The answers to all their problems are right in front of them and they just don't do it. They are told time and time again what they need to do, they have no excuse. Sally, Ed, and Karen are all choosing to live with this issue, and I do not feel bad for them whenever they have to deal with the consequences of his actions.

I do want to know what Sallys endgame is. Like, what does she think is going to happen after she dies? She has neglected Chance for so long he has no shot at living on his own. She neglected his physical health for the most part. She has taken him in for a few things over the years, but he's still in rough shape. Dental health is a whole other issue that she absolutely should have gotten fixed if he was ever going to have a shot at a normal life. She's neglected his mental health by buying into all his bullshit and never punishing him for all the shit he's done over the years. She's basically fucked him beyond repair. So is she just cool with him being homeless or dying shortly after her death? She can't possibly believe that he's going to have any semblance of an existence after her passing.
