If Trump wins a Reagan style landslide the far left is going to absolutely lose their shit over something that, if they'd just let him do his job, would profit and benefit them and their families. I still feel like they'd formally start WW3 before they'll just let orange man take power.
I feel like WWIII will be the oct. surprise. I mean, they're shipping long range missiles over there. With NATO's blessing. And Putin said he'd consider that a declaration of war.

Based and Gary Plauche pilled
Bonus: The Judge, who was apparently the Sherriff's friend, was caught raping the Sherriff's underage daughter. So the Sherriff went into the guy's courtroom, confronted him, confirmed it happened, and shot him dead on the spot. He won't spend a day in prison.

Then they will pull a Classic Chris and declare that there will be no elections in CWCVille The United States.

Besides the trail of tears how is Jackson bad? He's the only president to ever pay off the national debt. Prevented the civil war from starting early, dueled the shit out of his enemy's and he hate fucked the banks.

I'm legit interested in the other possible bad parts of his policy.
Yeah most write ups on him now will tell you he was the best President ever (just like every Democrat no matter how disastrous they were), "he prevented a civil war" while starting his own conflicts within the US because he was accused of bending the system for his own personal benefit, there where occasions when he would threaten to send armies to cities to kill anyone who opposed his policies. Many at the time were worried that he was going to turn the US back into Britain considering the lavish lifestyle he lived while most of the US during his term were struggling. His most trusted partner and VP Van Buren who would take Presidency after Jackson would even redesign the White House garden and lawn to the same exact style as the Britain royal gardens.

Andrew Jackson was one of the archetypes of the Democrats, and he was always hungry to start shit and get into conflicts, and I know it's considered a non-point to mention a President lying but he really did lie through his teeth to people before taking office, very comparable to Obama in that respect in the way he seemed to suddenly shift into the complete opposite person he claimed to be as soon as he entered office. There's also lots of old "conspiracy theories" about Jackson bending the election for Van Buren to get him into the white house after him, which would make sense considering history says Van Buren was a very unpopular figure in politics.

Guys, I need your help. Ever since the results of the 2022 midterms there has been a segment of my mind of blackpill depression cynicism going on in the back of my mind. I want to be fully optimistic like I was in 2016 but I just can't. I need your help convincing me we got this and they will not take away our hope unlike what has happen in the last three times.

Should I turn this into a deep thoughts topic?

You should be ready to kill yourself if you get this blackpilled over American Politics and maybe stop browsing /pol/ or whatever the Hell you're doing to let this mindrot take hold of you. Snap out of it and laugh with me cause you are just sounding like a weak pussy and only prove people like HHH right. Your faggy cynicism and blackpills and depressions are not deep at all. This Anxiety people have? None of it is ever deep. It's just you being scared that whatever side you've mentally invested in will lose and life will get worse for you. Whatever happens will happen. You'll see what happens; you'll handle it; you'll be okay. Or, alternatively you can perish and get the noose ready if you can't even get your own life together and rely on the political landscape to save you.

To clarify, is it illegal for the FBI to do the taping or for anyone to tape an FBI conversation?

It's agency-wide policy. Exceptions can be made at the SAC level. The NYT posted a Bureau memo (archive) outlining the ostensible reasons for not recording things. The reasons they give are:
  1. The presence of recording equipment may interfere with rapport-building.
  2. FBI agents have successfully testified about what suspects have said, without having recordings (except when they haven't, which the memo notes elsewhere).
  3. Lawful interviewing techniques sometimes look bad to the jury, particularly lying to the suspect about how much evidence they have. (But who knows what other techniques might not sit well with jurors?)
  4. It would be expensive.
#1 is kind of complete bullshit. Every FBI office has interview rooms outfitted with recording devices. They use these rooms for certain non-custodial interviews (don't know if they also do custodial interviews in them), during which the special agent somehow manages to stumble through the whole rapport-building thing. They just say, "There is a camera in the room but it's not recording" and move on.

#2 is true because the defendant almost never has an opportunity to rebut the FBI's claims. Their lawyer can attack the evidence and the law, they can get witnesses, but the defendant him or herself will almost never get up on the stand and say, "I remember that conversation very well, and the FBI's version is completely wrong." A recording could prove their version of a conversation is completely wrong.

#3 is probably the reason I would discount any confession or alleged false statement obtained by the FBI. One of the reasons, anyway. There are lawful interviewing techniques that elicit false confessions. It's also possible to structure a line of questioning and report it in such a way that there is an apparent contradiction, the "false statements generally" that the Bureau loves so much, even if the suspect was answering as honestly as they could. A recording would make it easy to defend against either one of those.

#4 is bullshit, see #1.

I don't see why it would be illegal to record, with notice, a conversation between yourself and the FBI on your property or in public.

Your not helping. Your not having empathy with my problem.

There are going to be tens of millions of lower propensity voters who stayed home in 2022, that will turn out to vote for Trump in 2024. This will make 2024 a redder year than 2022.

You should make that thread. It will give the rest of us a good laugh reading your schizo autism

I didn't see this posted anywhere.

"H.R.7909 - Violence Against Women by Illegal Aliens Act" passed in the House of Representatives.

215 Republicans, along with 51 Democrats voted in favor of the Bill. 158 democrats voted against the Bill.
7 people didn't vote 5 Republican 2 Democrat.

And of course Case and Tokuda voted No, because #JustDemocratThings:

Those two also winning landslide re-elections last month is very telling too.

That’s brilliant, this whole thing has been a double edged sword though, I can’t go five minutes on the internet now without seeing some gruesome footage of cats being killed to prove the point, but now at least we have these sicc beats finally a true and honest non-astroturfed political meme.

This thread has so much fedposting it's almost unreal. He is probably being used as a bargaining chip of sorts or they see it as a powder keg since the US justice system isn't very much about justice.

How the fuck was I fedposting you cunt, I'm not suggesting anyone go do shit? I feel my anger at these pedos continuously being let off light punishment is justified. More so by the fact he deserted to fucking north korea. Treason + pedo should be ground ffs.

As far as I know if it's on your property or in public it's a first ammendment right, and recording public officials as they carry out official business is considered inherently in the public interest. Upheld by case law over and over at least with cops.
Fuck the feds, record everything.
