Touches poo for money, has broken the law to fuck with cows, general a-log cow behavior. I think the biggest issue people have is that Marty is pretty open about his willingness to fuck with cows through illegal means such as DDOSing, harassment, swatting, and getting services to show up at someone's home.
IMO the reason Marty is popular is that people see him as a viable vector to fuck with cows and not feel bad about it. Personally, I don't have a strong opinion about him either way. He's gotten some pretty funny rages out of Chance, but at the same time whatever move he was trying to pull with the white bowser ended up with him just giving a pedophile money.

I’ve noticed in YT comments that zoomers and people who are new to the whole “lolcow thing” genuinely see Marty as some kind of unbeatable master tier boogeyman troll. Like people in YT comments or even on livestreams will refer to him in a “oh you don’t wanna fuck with Marty, he’s hardcore, he’ll send gay prostitutes and “scrappers” to your house” manner, when in reality he’s just a fat pilled out retard who’s made a name for himself by going after mentally challenged losers with extremely poor opsec. Cyraxx wasn’t hard to dox, I’m assuming. Watching the streams with Cyraxx I came to realize the big problem Marty faces going forward. He needs Cyraxx, his content revolves entirely around his ability to goad Cyraxx. He is Cyraxx's wrangler, nothing more, nothing less. Without Cyraxx his content is a bore, people watch him for Raxx.
