Something minor I noticed is he did the point fake gun at head thing that Aaron said he did all the time.
Lends a little more credence to some of his stories.
Aaron might still be a faggot but if you're still doubting what he said is true after all the shit that's come out about nick i don't know what to tell you. everything he said fits too perfectly for it to be bullshit.

so i'm trying to find a good recap because there's no way I'm listening to this insufferable faggot any more, was his "personal news" that speed ran going to rehab? I'm guessing it's a requirement to get the kids back.

He could copy the lawtube commentary format from several channels that would allow him to record his commentary on legal proceedings.
There are several interesting cases going on, the Sarah Boone case for example, which has been a lot of drama with just the pre-trial motions.

He could, in theory, change his format to making videos that his Locals get early access to for a few days, then it premiers on Youtube and he only streams once per week to talk to his fans and answer questions about the cases he is covering and block all other commentary.

If he begs some of the other lawtubers they WILL show up as 1 on 1 guest on his show to discuss the cases, if he promises to stick to case analysis and not sperge about other shit.

I am confident that if Nick was fully invested in a "getting clean" plan and going about his Youtube career with a sensible approach that cuts out the distractions and focuses him back on the content people actually want to see, then he has a real chance of managing it. Even if he only pulls in a third or a fourth the viewer numbers he had in his prime, it would still be a successful YouTube channel by most standards.

[EDIT] For all of the above to have a realistic chance he would have to find a therapist and sort our his braindamage.
Like I already said, he can’t do lawtube stuff anymore. He showed himself as knowing less about the law than Ethan Ralph of all people. His big plea to his court case was “there’s a watermark therefore the entire warrant needs to be tossed out” his big plea against montegraph was “it needs to be held in Colorado because I said he lived there at the time” and outside of that he couldn’t even get out of a speeding ticket.

If he only had one of those, he could skirt by, but that’s three strikes in the span of just a few months. Even if Nick went the extra mile, for sober, and repaired his family to a wholesome Christian unit, he still could never regain credibility as a legal commentator

I believe I can answer that with one image.

Based on his stream last night, we could be in for one of these

Nick doesn't refuse to stream law stuff because he knows he's bad at law, he probably thinks he's a genius that was just screwed over by a corrupt judicial system.

Nick refuses to stream law because to do them he has to do research, make real time observations, and, most importantly, adhere to a very specific schedule that he cannot change where he has to stream for multiple hours straight with no time for cocaine breaks.

If only. But speed limits don't do that.

I heard one retard propose electro magnets on the fronts and rear of cars with power linked to the speedometer.

I have sworn off giving advice ITT for Nick, personally, but this is a good idea. Nick has not processed that a lot of the advice he was getting I'm mid-to-late 2022 was genuine from concerned fans.

Check @daffodils post a few pages back for a good summary. Nick is a rambling mess with topics that make resurgence 10 minutes after you think he has dealt with it, so summaries are possible.

Nobody gives a fuck. Drink and drug yourself to death if you like. Nobody cares. If you don't believe you have a problem, keep on doing what you're doing.
I suspect a diagnosis of "substance use disorder" will make him a pariah for primary care physicians prescribing controlled substance. Whatever drugs he's getting might disappear if that diagnosis is made at rehab.

But if it was a Hollywood celebrity 3 years ago he'd do his best to fake enthusiasm to grift superchats.

The way I remember it, is that originally, Nick had no interest in the Depp case.
LegalBytes announced her intention to stream it with a Lawtube panel and Emily Baker planned to stream it as well. Nick was of the mind that it was drama for women, so they could have it. T.U.G. was telling Nick that no, it was actually a really important case for men’s rights but Nick was still skeptical.
Then Nick saw all the buzz on social media and realized wait, wine moms flocking to his channel, plus the men’s rights angle for his old followers seemed like the perfect grift.
Then he pivoted to that he’d always planned on covering it, it was going to be a highly entertaining, legal precedent setting case, totally epic, etc.

To be honest, I would be more surprised to learn the kids are actually permanently at the Nick Rakieta residence without supervision.
He is still cagey with the details, so I would bet that Nick has a permanent adult supervisor in the house and he cannot slack off.
Yeah, I was honestly surprised how quick Kiwis were to give Nick the benefit of the doubt that "the kids are back". Is there any confirmation from anybody who isn't a Balldowasher? Was there a MNPublicRecords post showing they were returned that I missed? Confirmation from at least somebody like Steeltoe who isn't that reliable, but probably knows a person or two in common with Nick?

I say this as Nick is the one of the biggest fucking liars and dissemblers I've ever seen. He could easily spin "the kids came by for an hour to pick up their clothes while under CPS supervision" as "the kids have been returned to the home". I can hear him now... "well, akshully, technically, they did indeed return to the home... why don't you look up the definition of the word return, you retarded faggot!"

Yeah I always assumed he was doing his usual half truth lie of omission Schlick when he claimed that. Why anyone should take him at his words the kids were just back when we know his track record is beyond me

I would not call it "advice for Nick", I was more looking at the situation from an objective perspective and I think for most people, after crashing hard, it would be possible to recover given that they could start over with a youtube channel that already has a big subscriber count.

I was more arguing in good faith about a theoretical scenario that is very unlikely for Nick to ever come true, because for that to happen he would have to admit that he has a problem. And just yesterday he proved during his locals stream that he is not ready to admit that yet. He would have to realize that the last 2 years were really really bad and that he does not want to return to that, which is unlikely.

Yet more confirmation that Nick thinks that lawyers can just go, "Balldo, walldo, disappear my charges!" Lawyers do make charges go away and stuff, but it's more of a "they can't prove it" or "they mishandled something" or "they faked the evidence" than someone rubbing the magic balldo and making the charges disappear. I am excited for Nick to take this trial all the way, though.

I'm also glad Nick clarified that he never had the compulsion to do meth in specific. That one was definitely the drug we were all talking about. But you're done with recovery, Nick, that's a big milestone! You deserve a whisky in a faggoty little coke can!

It's also possible Nick drank and did coke so much that he now just has permanent holes in his head and will always sound drunk.
It's entirely possible, wasn't he eating almost nothing everyday while constantly drinking? On Kino Casino PPP said that he was eating just a mini Hershey's bar, IIRC. It mirrors how Aydin Paladin got holes in her brain, and she even warned him about that, apparently in february.

“ "I love whiskey, I think it's great. I can't wait for when I can just have a glass of whiskey again. It'll be fantastic, and I absolutely will."”
You know, even if Nick Rekieta is completely telling the truth about everything (which he isn't, this is a hypothetical), you would think that he would lay off the whiskey. According to himself, getting drunk on stream is what caused all of this legal mess.

Imagine feeling sad because Gonzalo Lira died.
Must be the brain damage.

Also typical "I can fix him" message to Nick that people send addict they think they can help turn it around.

Aydin hit rock bottom and seems to be recovering

Nick hit what most people would consider rock bottom (had his kids taken away, became the laughing stock of the Internet), but continues indignantly digging to own the incel prudes on kiwi farms and YouTube

Pour yourself a tall glass of whiskey and dig away, Nick
