Fetterman is based. Not because he's actually based but because it shows that a retard with literal brain damage has better takes than a lot of the uniparty.

I never got why people don't just change their name to something like Aaron Aardvaark and run for city government. There have been numerous people that have done just that and won. There was that guy who ran for school board and was fucking homeless and won only to troll the school board. Or that guy who did nothing but post about anime tiddies who became city commissioner or something simply because his name was alphabetically first on the ballot. Or hell, go to California, change your name to Nancy Pelosi and run for Congress.

Edit: found the video of the school board guy I was talking about.

time for zoning lawfare.
Yes, but the people doing this usually get the zoning changed before they do anything people notice.

Check your local city council/zoning commission meeting minutes for developers fighting to increase density (structure or population) in certain areas. And if you catch one in the middle of an attempt, show up and fight; get your neighbors to go and give angry objections, and threaten lawsuits. It can work, especially in an election year.

This is why I always shit on the people who eschew homeownership or doompost about it. If you can reasonably buy a house, do it. A lot of sellers hate these Blackrock types, too. I was able to buy mine over a higher Blackrock bid because my agent convinced the seller that the Blackrock person would turn their beloved home into some globohomo pod and make the selling process complicated (my wife and I were very straightforward buyers).
Realtors like that are fucking heroes, they should be praised.

"I hate Donald Trump and Maga FUUUUCCCCKKKKK"

is a thread title that I would expect from a right wing inexperienced troll trying to awkwardly fit into a liberal internet space, not an earnest production by someone on the left and yet that boomerlib on DU wrote it exactly like that.

next thing I know, we'll see a poster with 40,000+ posts on Democratic Underground make a thread with the title "WTF I hate Trump now"
But seriously we cannot afford to let him near the nuclear codes

Pennsylvanian Senator John Fetterman has a strange response when asked about his newfound belief in fracking.

They're eating dogs they're eating cats. ( awkward laughter ) You know uh uh... again, so okay yes anymore on fracking?
strange response and no pushback from the nbc hack

Isn't the whole point of Spencer and Fuentes 'endorsing' these candidates just so people can't wave their support of Trump as being proof of having a white supremacist base or some shit? Didn't the KKK endorse Democrats in the early 2000s for just the same reason?
Spencer said he just thinks democrats are more competent, it's not some deep strategic move on his part

Are you HOMO FOR LIFE RETURNS's alt account? Sauce nigga
I'll say, being a good poster here with sources and links is kind of a hard job, lol. I wish it paid. There's no damn irl jobs that pay for breaking and collecting news anymore since all those sites are all bullshit that used to like Drudge. Oh well, it's worth it usually.

Anyway, I saw some community notes on X that were full of shit about how Pink pulled her stuff earlier, that didn't add up but I'm too tired to prove it now.

Maybe she did, and X trends just suck, hard to say now.

Nobody asked these hags for their opinion. Aren't these the same types who collapsed in a gibbering, sobbing mess when truckers came to town and set up a bouncy castle in front of the Parliament building?

This makes sense. All libtards said they're going to Canada if Trump wins so I guess they see the writing is on the wall.
Last time Trump was elected, the website for Canada's immigration authority crashed. I wish I'd had the sense to archive it, but right after the election, there was a tweet by a Canadian, saying something like, "Oh, boy. Wait until all these Americans find out that in order to immigrate to Canada, you need to have money in the bank, job skills, and no criminal history. All things they think Trump is racist for wanting."

Brother it's just sharing the link of whatever you read that news on. It's not a job.
Or even just a screenshot, like you just did. 👍

With respect, I think that you may be foisting your hatred for modern politicians onto a dude who's been dead for almost two centuries. The Federalists do not align with modern Democrats very well and, to be fair, neither do the Democratic-Republicans.

Federalists were:
  • Anti-immigration
  • Pro-tariffs
  • Pro-strong federal government and federal infrastructure
  • In favor of pro-British foreign policy
Democratic-Republicans were:
  • Pro-immigration
  • Anti-tariffs
  • Pro-states' rights and against federal infrastructure
  • In favor of pro-French foreign policy
The only issues still relevant to contemporary political discussion are immigration (which was a different animal back in the early 1800's than today) and the power of the federal government which, unfortunately, is almost a moot point. Thomas Jefferson shaped the presidency into a cabinet-oriented institution rather than one dominated by Congress. Andrew Jackson furthered this. Abraham Lincoln left a lasting impact on presidential power, but I think that he deserves an asterisk there because he dealt with something no president ever faced before or ever again. Wilson, FDR, and then Truman especially sealed the deal on creating what some scholars refer to as "the imperial presidency."

Nixon actually tried to rein in the federal government and we all saw how that went, but most modern presidents - Democrat and Republican - have embraced this. Trump is one of the only candidates to openly rail against federal overreach and there have already been four known assassination attempts on him.
Democratic-Republicans isn’t even the real name. They literally just called themselves ‘Republicans’ and political scientists (not even actual historians) added the ‘Democratic’ part in a completely unprecedented way of labeling a historical party.

Fair enough, but you know what I'm talking about and that's the important part.
